Lagoas Park Hotel

The front desk receptionists were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions with a smile. The hotel is great if you have a car. The location is wonderful to explore the surrounding areas of Sintra and the coast. You can take the tram into Lisbon.

The staff are very helpful and could not do enough for you without being pushy. The room was very comfortable and spotless.

A greater range of vegatarian options on the menu would be welcome.

Located close to Lisbon, the hotel provided a shuttle to the nearest train station that gets you into Lisbon as well as to nearby shopping centre and marina. Free parking available underground.

Our room's a/c wasn't working but we had another room arranged right away.

Could not ask for better with services and big rooms

The kindness of the hotel staff. They answered all our questions about the city and they were kind enough to come with us (we were using the service of transfer) and show us an excellent pizzeria to have dinner.

The 4 star Lagoas Park Hotel is a business hotel, highly expensive rates on the front desk but good offers online. Large and modern, tidy rooms, executive rooms have balconies. The restaurant of the hotel is very good, excellent breakfast, free WiFi Internet. The adjacent restaurant (Trenta Y Tres) have a large selection of wines and selected menu for dinner, this is a big plus for the location.

The spa (Club L) across the street was not as I expected, only 4 chairs at the pool, no relaxing area after the sauna .. it is more a gym than a spa (definitely not a spa). Other than the hotel, the gym and the other restaurant, you can't do anything in the area, taking the car to somewhere is the only option.

It was a little difficult to find the hotel because it was not listed on the GPS and the street address could not be located.

Location for business matters

The hotel itself is extremely nice. Very clean, very spacious, nice design, very cool bathroom, friendly staff, free underground parking.

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, and you feel this in the breakfast variety. If you don't have a car it may be a bit difficult to move around.

When I wanted to go for a run I was given a free 10 minute shuttle to and from the hotel without asking. The gym next to the hotel is great too! Rooms are very nice and new too.

Location if you want to go for dinner outside the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is good but if you want to go somewhere else there is nothing in walking distance

O que eu apreciei no hotel ou se calhar foi mesmo falha minha, e que o meu namorado fazia aniversario enquanto nós estivemos hospedados, acho que seria interessante, ter recebido algo pelo seu aniversario. Digo isto porque trabalho no ramo da hotelaria e sempre que existe algum hospede que faz aniversario, o hotel coloca sempre uma regalia do quarto do mesmo. Mas de resto adorei tudo..

Sinceramente, gostei do ambiente, gostei das comodidades, voltarei sem duvida ao conforto deste hotel e de novo em boa companhia!
