The front desk receptionists were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions with a smile. The hotel is great if you have a car. The location is wonderful to explore the surrounding areas of Sintra and the coast. You can take the tram into Lisbon. |

The staff are very helpful and could not do enough for you without being pushy. The room was very comfortable and spotless. A greater range of vegatarian options on the menu would be welcome. |

Very polite and informed staff and the access to the free shuttle service. Food in the restarant was excellent. The positon and weight of the hair dryer was very challenging to use could be replaced with something much ligher and a little lower down (currently not very ergonomically freindly), |

Located close to Lisbon, the hotel provided a shuttle to the nearest train station that gets you into Lisbon as well as to nearby shopping centre and marina. Free parking available underground. Our room's a/c wasn't working but we had another room arranged right away. |

The kindness of the hotel staff. They answered all our questions about the city and they were kind enough to come with us (we were using the service of transfer) and show us an excellent pizzeria to have dinner. |

The 4 star Lagoas Park Hotel is a business hotel, highly expensive rates on the front desk but good offers online. Large and modern, tidy rooms, executive rooms have balconies. The restaurant of the hotel is very good, excellent breakfast, free WiFi Internet. The adjacent restaurant (Trenta Y Tres) have a large selection of wines and selected menu for dinner, this is a big plus for the location. The spa (Club L) across the street was not as I expected, only 4 chairs at the pool, no relaxing area after the sauna .. it is more a gym than a spa (definitely not a spa). Other than the hotel, the gym and the other restaurant, you can't do anything in the area, taking the car to somewhere is the only option. |

Very beautiful 3 years young hotel, I went there for business in may and is was very peaceful and quiet. Great design and clean rooms. Also the free shuttle bus (= a bit like a hotel taxi) was a very handy if you wanted to go to Oeiras downtown and to the beach. The hotel is situated in a business centre so not really picturesque Portugal. You can only reach downtown and the beach by taxi or shuttle bus and it is a 10 minute drive. |

Very nice staff. Very nice and clean rooms. Good breakfast, Great price. It was a little difficult to find the hotel because it was not listed on the GPS and the street address could not be located. |

The hotel and the rest of facilities (pool, spa & gym) are just a few years old, everything is very nice, staff, room, breakfast....great value for money. we had a rental and if you are not from arround definately buy a good map of the area or get a GPS. The hotel has its shuttle, which we didn't use, so if you don't plan on renting a car check on their shuttle service details because you will need a ride to get around. |

Staff was very polite, helpfull. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The information regarding the gym is misleading. The gym is not located inside the hotel, but across the street, at least a 5 minute walking distance. The reason why I booked the hotel was because of this facility, but because it was not inside the hotel, I have not made use of it. |

The hotel itself is extremely nice. Very clean, very spacious, nice design, very cool bathroom, friendly staff, free underground parking. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, and you feel this in the breakfast variety. If you don't have a car it may be a bit difficult to move around. |

En general el hotel está muy bien de todo, lo que por lo menos nos sucedió a nosotros fue que al llegar al hotel me pidieron la tarjeta de crédito supuestamente para comprobar si era la misma con la que se había realizado la reserva. La cuestión fue que sin mencionar nada, me hicieron el cargo en la tarjeta cuando entramos al hotel. Al día siguiente dijeron que eso se debe a que muchos clientes se marchan sin pagar. Mentir y desconfiar así de los clientes, por muy bueno que sea el hotel, es algo lamentable. |

Gostei da simpatia dos funcionários. Tive pena, de não exprimentar a piscina.. Bom Hotel. Recomendo, na altura das promoções, pois se o preço for de 350€ por noite, quarto de casal, como vi num papel, ui ui que até doí.... Não gostei do facto de me retirarem o valor da reserva do Booking, após ter feito o pagamento total do quarto. Pois acho que deveria entregar os dados do cartão de crédito, após o cliente pagar o quarto. Achei uma falta de respeito e privacidade dos meus documentos, na sua utilização após o check-out. |
