The staff were very efficient and arranged for taxis to meet us at the nearby spanish border station. Breakfast was what you would expect for the price.

Ideal location for visiting the old fortified town of Valença. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, good buffet breakfast. Amongst the hotels we stayed in during a tour of Galicia and northern Portugal, this was excellent value and quality. Recommended.

Excellent location for the old town. Room very neat and tidy. Other facilities look very old and tired. Lmited facilites in the hotel, but they do have a games room. There are other places to eat and drink nearby.

Gostei ho hotel em geral, Bem localizado, Bem atendida.Confortavel. Visto não haver internet por motivos desconhecidos nos quartos fui obrigada a usar o meu pc no hall, sitio sem aquecimento.

A localização do hotel é excelente situado mesmo no centro da cidade, próximo do largo de S. Teotónio. O ar condicionado apenas fazia frio, o sinal da televisão era péssimo, a sala de jogos fechada. Em suma um hotel de 3* muito mediocre. Não aconselho.......

Llimpeza das áreas comuns. Alcatifas com muitas nódoas, escadas mal limpas com muito pó.Alcatifa do quarto com muitas nódoas. Deveria merecer mais cuidado

Atendimento. Simpatia da funcionário e hospitalidade. O que menos gostei prende-se com a decoração dos quartos, pelo menos aquele em que fiquei hospedado. Não gostos das cores que são utilizadas, poderiam ser cores "mais vivas".
