With great views of the city, the VIP Eden is centrally in Baixa Pombalina, in Lisbon’s Old Town. The airport bus stops outside the hotel, and takes 20 minutes.

Sincerely Lisboa is a cosy B&B located in the heart of the upscale Avenida da Liberdade avenue, Lisbon. It serves a home-made breakfast each day and free WiFi is available.
Score from 189 reviews Wonderful
Centrally located near down town. Less than 10 min walk down hill from guest house.
The room was very nice. It has comfortbale beds, good condition, and big clean bathroom. So quiet. The location is also good. There're many restaurants and shops. Then, you can take all kinds of transportations easily.
The breakfast is not bad but very simple. This hostel's located on high land. And there's no elevator in the hostel. So, you must carry your luggage from station to this hostel hard. Then, you must carry your luaggage to your room hard after check-in.
Within walking distance downhill to centre of Lisbon although took taxi to get back in the evenings. Relatively quiet area at night and comfortable bed.
great breakfast proximity to parking
Helpful staff; view from rooftop; location - quiet residential street at top of hill with real insight into local life yet literally maximum 10 minutes walk to city centre. Building full of character and altough rooms quite basic the building had a feel of decayed grandeur. Excellent value for money!
Initially I was probably expecting too much. Room was very basic so we upgraded. No safe or air con which to be fair if I had read hotel description would have known this. Hotels in Lisbon are very expensive so for the price I would have to rate this hotel as excellent.
The receptionist Mariam was really welcoming and accommodating. Excellent location with a beautiful view of old Lisbon.
The room was really tiny.
Breakfast, Close to the center View from the window.
some small streets near the guesthouse look very dangerous to wal alone. location is on the hill. Sometimes hard to walk there.
Place is perfect to feel the heart of Lisbon, just make one step from hotel and you will be in pure Portugal life. It's very clean hotel, even with antique furniture inside, very kind personal, well everything is great. Book it now, that's for sure best place to stay
Terrace, cleanliness of the room, helpful staff
a bit noisy in the morning (other guests were being really loud!)
It's close to the centre, the toilet is clean, the lounge is nice.
The sink was almost completely clogged and the staff did not react to that (despite reminder) nor apologised for the inconvenience. In general we had a feeling of cheap/falling apart place (e.g. door of the room had a gap with the floor, the door handle was loose, the electric plugs were very old). I think the pictures published on booking are not recent, as furniture is clearly cheap everything was not in the best conditions when we got there. The place at the end is not too, too bad, but the value for money is not great.
Friendly and helpful staff. Good location - very central. Lovely view from our room. Big clean bathroom!
Our room was fairly small. But fine for the one night stay.
Everything was good apart from 2 things that is on the opposite page. we will come back....
No wardrobe in our room Fan was Noisy
The location of the hotel was reasonable. It was very close to the main square, although set on a very steep hill. The building it self is beautiful.
Unfortunately, the staff were not very accommodating and didn't provide accurate information, or even offer on some occasions. There was no air conditioning, hair dryers in the room, drink making facilities and the wifi connection was poor. Sadly, Lisbon was very dirty which devalued the beautifulness of the architecture. I would not visit again.
The original oldy-worldy surroundings and the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the cheap parking and the closeness to the sites of Lisbon
Parts of the building are run down giving it a scruffy appearance eg the sitting room downstairs and the roof terrace
little deficiencies of installation
We had a beautiful room with balcony. The hostel is located in a calm district very close to the city centre. The staff is very very friendly and keen to help with everything. From the terrace you have a great view on the city.
Great stay and friendly, helpful staff, centrally located and yet quiet surrounding to get a good sleep
Simple and clean
Room incredibly small Upper floor is very hot and no air conditioning available
4 floors and no elevator... avoid this hotel if you have luggage! Also it was very noisy during the night everyday! Wifi was close to none! Very poor!
Nice old building with a variety of different rooms. We were on the top floor with great views over the rooftops. There was a studio apartment which was stunning-maybe next time.... Reception staff friendly and helpful. Air con a positive after hot days.
No lift available so quite difficult to take bags up to 4th floor but staff offered to help. We declined breakfast the night before and would have liked to change our minds the next morning when the weather broke. We couldn't as the breakfasts are booked and sent for the previous evening.
View was superb. Best bathroom in all our travels.
Could have had an offer of help hauling our baggage up the 80stairs to our room.
The way to the guesthouse was a long and exhousting passage which is full of strange people. My room had no air condition and tv.
Super cooles Penthaus
nice view from the room
located up on the hill
