Todella loistava sijainti keskellä kaupunkia ja lähellä ravintoloita. Henkilökunta oikein miellyttävää, Huone oli uskomattoman iso ja kivasti sisustettu. Lastensänky oli valmiina kun olimme toivoneet. |

The hotel staff was the most polite and helpful staff I´ve seen for a long time. Thanks a lot! It was a bit noisy through the traffic down the street. |

Location Room was musty, and mold was growing in the shower. We were in room 101 and the step out of the bathroom to the bedroom was very dangerous ... my wife fell and I almost did. |

the location is just perfect, around the corner at Rossio and Figueras. The desk staff was very helpful (a common experience with most Lissabon citizens by the way). Clean however outdated sanitary. Breakfast was fair (nothing to complain about) although no variety during our 4 night stay. We asked for rooms with view on the Tejo ... were not informed upfront that it could not be arranged ... we had to experience it. This lack of communication is not so customer friendly. |

Great location for tourists. Nice ambience -- small hotel. Good English skills at desk. No help with luggage. No information in room on hotel services. Only room offered online (2 months in advance) was a suite at a high price. |

The staff were excellent. Rooms are out of date - they don't quite match the style and quality of the reception areas. Rooms really need modernising! |

The location was ideal. The staff was very friendly, and they had an excellent breakfast. Even with double-panes on the windows, there was still a fair amount of street noise heard - but the location made up for it. |

Great location near the airport and still access by walking to restaurants Cooling system did not sem to work (probably because it was switched over to heating for the winter). We just opened a winow. All else was flawless and a great deal at 60 Euros. |

We liked the proximity to the town centre, the friendly helpfulness of the staff, who all spoke excellent English, the decor of the hotel is interesting and really could not fault anything about the hotel. |

Le personnel est très professionnel et très sympa, parlant un anglais parfait. Le petit dejeuner est très copieux et varié. Quelques tous petits problemes de propreté. Certainement des chambres fumeurs au 1er etage, beaucoup d odeurs de cigarettes dans le couloir. |

El personal exelente de verdad. Todos eran muy amables y preparados de resolver tus problemas. El diseño de las instalaciones publcicas es muy original. La ubicación del hotel perfecta, es muy centrico. A unos minutos estan sitios de interes, tiendas, restaurantes, paradas de los autobuses "sightseating". La limpieza no de toda la habitación, sino de las cortinas. Hay que lavarlas, no tienen que ser grises, sino blancas o de crema. |

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding schitterend. Perfecte centrale locatie om Lissabon te bezoeken. Ontbijtbuffet ruim voldoende variatie. |
