it is near the shopping and eating district with many restaurants to choose from. a nearby lift built by Eiffel can take you up or down into the valley (more shops, sights, metro, buses and trams). Fantastic view of castle on the opposite hill. the first night one room had no air conditioning but we were able to change rooms next day |

The stay was very smooth, staff efficient and friendly especially front of house. Above all location is outstanding and the roof terrace an exceptional find in a small city centre hotel giving a very peaceful ambience. They seem to have a major problem with missing bath plugs! |

Clean, large and nice room, good breakfast. There was no hot water in the shower. No adaptors for the plugs. |

i found the view from my hotel window absolutely beautiful.I was glad it had a juliette balcony too...the breakfast area was clean, the food great and every window a delight! surprisingly the room had not been serviced yet by the time we had returned from a morning outing for lunch...but that really was not much of an issue for us. |

The staff went with us to show us where the parking garage is (right under the building and very safe). The location is perfect for seeing Lisbon. The view from our 6th floor room was amazing - essentially the same view as from the famous elevator. |

very central. Clean, comfortable. View over Lisbon great. Thought staff could have been a bit more pro-active - no porter to escort guests to room, for example. |

Central location. Fantastic view (exept the first night when we had a room facing the street).Very nice breakfast-room and breakfast offering fruit, cereals, tasty cakes! The nice terrace with fantastic view was not open in the morning. |

the view and the place actually there was no front desk, because the hotel was small, but this was not mentioned at your site. Above all the people at the reception were not friendly. I m sorry to say but they were the most unfriendly and impolite receptionists i have ever met. Even at youth hostels people are more polite. |

Helt fantastiskt läge med hänförande utsikt över Lissabon. Mitt i citys allra bästa distrikt och ändå helt tyst däruppe når himlen. Jättefin frukost i en sagolikt vacker och designat matsal med utsikt, trevligt rum, men prisen är lite väl häftig |

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, Blick auf die Burg und die Alfama. Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, komptent und zuvorkommend Das Frühstücksbuffet für eur 15 P.P. ist etwas überzahlt für das Angebot. |

Lage des Hotels mitten in der Stadt. Die wunderbare Terrasse mit großartiger Aussicht. Großes Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal. Der Preis war für die Ausstattung viel zu hoch. Im Zimmer fehlte ein Haarföhn. Das Frühstück war inklusive hat aber dem Preisniveau nicht entsprochen. |

Tout d'abord l'accueil :très sympathique et professionnel.La salle du petit déjeuner est très belle,avec une vue superbe.Idem pour le bar qui se trouve juste en dessous avec une terrasse très agréable.La situation géographique est idéal pour visiter la ville. |
