The area

Everything about this hotel was good, not excellent but good. Bed very comfortable, room quiet as requested, location ok, breakfast nice. Good value.

Returning after a day out to find our room door standing open for who knows how long, nothing missing but no point having security door cards if hotel staff leave the door standing open! No apology either, staff not really concerned.

well located to city centre...metro close by plus taxi service not expensive. rooms are basic but comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful

Very helpful staff. The 7 th floor terrace has a lovely view over Lisbon and the perfect place to chill out with a drink at the end of a busy day site seeing. The rooms also have a balcony , room 707 has the best view

The breakfast was pretty good. The staff is friendly and prompt. The room was quite big and comfortable.

The location of the hotel is not very good. Although it is close to the historical centre, it is surrounded by homeless people.

Very good price for a night, good transportation from/to airport, walking distance from the city center. Small, but clean room.

This hotel is very modern and clean, has good location closed from historical center of Lisbon. We stayed for 5 nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was fine. There is opened terrace with fantastic view and opptunity of smoking on the 7th floor.

The next doors is social center that's why a lot of homeless people are always outside the hotel, they ask money and cigarettes but not importunate.

Very good value for money. 150 euro for 3 nights. Fresh rooms. Good bed and pillows. Nice view. Metro station Intendente - 100 m. 28 tram - 200 m. Not expensive fish restaurant down the street (not turistic) - 200 m., as well cafeteria next door.

If your neigbours love partyies in Lisbon, it may be a problem for you, because of doors have no soundproof. Many homeless near the hotel, but it wasn't a problem for me

Very good location close to 2 metro stations and within walking distance (10-15 minutes) of Rossio square. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms with good balcony. No problem with street noise due to good quality soundproofing.

Located near down town!

Excellent location. 2 minutes walk from the Anjos subway metro station, Located downtown (Alfama area) - close to the famous castle Sao George. Very impressive. Rooms very clean and large. Excellent rate. You will not be able to make a better deal with this type of hotel (4 stars). Excellent Breakfast included in the price of the room.
