Spacious room (facing north-east). Cozy bed, the room and bathroom were clean and nice. Very nice view from the balcony. Helpful staff.
Basic breakfast is ok, but can be more various - got tired eating the same every morning:-). Breakfast is ok for staying just for one night.
Everything was great!
Breakfast was good, Housekeeping was excellent, AC worked without a flaw
Some of the staff didn't communicate very well in English, the wifi was very unreliable
Staff help on informations about facilities around. Cleanness
Lisbon. Old and dirty area with strange characters around.
Clean and staff was helpful. Liked the smallest of the hotel not over run with lots of tourists.
The staff was wonderfull and helpfully. Can't ask or wanted better...
- close to metro - teapot in the room
- too noisy at night with open windows - no fridge in the room
Terrible staff and terrible bathroom.
Good location, nice staff.
I found the hotel very clean and the staff at the reception very helpful. I liked also the fact that the hotel was close to the subway.
My husband and I had a room shaped in an odd way, with the window tucked away in a corner, which left most of the room in darkness.
Fantastic location, great price, helpful staff. Very clean, value for money, loved the balcony. Would stay there again.
minor issue of no coffee or milk in room although there was tea bags
Located just next to the subway and close to city center.
Temporary deactivated AC in a room.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
It was loud at night but no other complaints.
very friendly staff comfortable beds
breakfast, while standard, did not excel
location close to subway station
room was so small i had no floor space for two suitcases there is no pull in area to offload the luggage from the car so if you are not a backpacker avoid it parking was in the hotel two blocks away so way more issues than i am used too
Staff seemed to be working hard.
This hotel is in a bad neighborhood. You should not be listing it on your site! The room had tiny, horribly uncomfortable beds and the pillows were disgusting. They charged us $500 a night for a room that is overpriced at $100 (regular rate) because Lisbon was busy with a soccer tournament (we couldn't find another available room). This extreme price gouging aside, the neighborhood is not safe (and I've lived in Detroit and Oakland)- don't list this property! Also the manager was terrible.
The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us plan touristy activities. The staff know the hotel well, and knew exactly how to help, even when wifi was being difficult. The hotel is 2 mins walk from the Metro, and three stops away from the main station. The rooms were clean and had the basic necessities. Extra blankets and pillows were useful! The balcony was absolutely lovely with the views. Cafes and convenient stores around for quick bites and snacks.
The neighbourhood itself doesnt really offer much, especially in terms of restaurants. But it is so conveniently located to the Metro and the main city centre (Rossio/Baxia) are only a couple stops away.
Definitely the staff. All very polite, helpful and friendly. Cleanliness. Modern design was nicely done. WiFi was excellent.
I don't like to say negative things but I have to be honest too. Expensive. Perhaps it was the weekend? No toiletries. One roll of toilet paper. Bathtub slippery and nowhere to hold on. Older couples like ourselves have a hard time getting in and out of such a tub.
Location was excellent, only about 50m away from the metro station. Spacious and clean 3 bedroom apartment. Balcony was a bonus. Mini fridge kept our drinks super chilled.
Breakfast was medioca, I wish i never booked it. Better to go to the local cafes and eat pasteries, cakes and have a hot drink. Wifi signal was weak n kept dropping, maybe because were were staying at the top floor.
Nice hotel, it's fairly new new so still quite clean, staff helpful
Breakfast very poor, coffee truly awful, good 20-30 mins trek to centre of town (which has to be done to get a good cup of coffee first thing every morning) and noise form street can be a bit too much if you want the window open or go out on the balcony
Very clean room, balcony. Good location.
Very noisy from the street, wi-fi only near reception.
The place is near by a Metro station and had few shops outside. The room was a bit small but was very clean and had everything.
A kettle would have helped to make some Tea/Coffee in the room.
