This hotel in the East of Lisbon is just 300 ft from Anjos Metro Station and a 15 minute walk from the bustling Praça Dom Pedro IV. It has a bar with terrace.

courtesy, kindness, humor
Very clean room, friendly staff
Good location - 15 min walk to Praça Marquês de Pombal where the sightseeing buses go from and 20 min walk to Restauradores Square. Close to metro stations. Good price.
Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, approx 15 mins walk into town.
The hotel is on a main road so traffic can be noisy but that's probably depending on what room you're in.
Basic budget hotel. The one thing I did not like was that there was a kettle to make tea in the room, but cups were never replaced with clean Basic budget hotel. Bedroom and ensuite bathroom were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a reasonable choice.
Location is convenient, very close to Metro to City centre and airport, but is a little rundown. Would not recommend walking alone at night.
they did a fine breakfast ,plenty to pick from ,staff very helpfully ,the place is clean and tidy right on a main road into city center for tourist buses a 10 min walk no problem with any thing
if any down side it is right outside a main road ,hospital near bye ,and under flight path also a hostel next door but do not let it put you off as nobody bothers you just was a bit of a surprise to me
Horrible noisy at night. Inpossible to rest.
free wifi , balcony, near metro
no good supermarket nearby
Very clean, 2-3 metro stops from the center with two stations within 200 meters of the hotel, many cafes and shops nearby (including laundry), our room had a small balcony with table and chairs
Very small room, nowhere to put bags, slow elevator in the morning, wifi was a bit hit and miss
No wifi in the room. The room had no balcony an was looking out on a derelict area. Receptionist in the morning seemed disinterested an unfriendly. The night receptionist was friendlier.
Mainly friendly and helpful staff, only one exception. Location was general pretty good though you need to accept you are on a very busy main street. Loved the large Balcony
one unhelpful desk person who found it extraordinary difficult to find a email on his system sent to him for printing purposes, despite the fact that this was a service you paid extra for. Leak from shower in room above on last night. However, delat effectively and apologetically by the staff on duty.
Clean room and breakfast refilled even at the end of service. Nice terrace on the 7th floor.
Room could have been more spacious, some others had balcony. Not a very nice neighborhood.
Perfect value for money
Wi-Fi actually are not working in room 606. We were spending a lot of time sitting on the wardrobe shelve in the corner attempting to catch the slightest wi-fi connection. Some day that shelve is bound to be broken :)
Great location. Excellent value for money.
Wifi signal on 6th floor was poor and non existent in places. Safer to get a metro back from town centre as homeless people roam the street.
The interior of the hotel looks new. Our room is spacious with a distant view to the St. Geroge Castel. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. A short walk to the #28 tram and the metro station. Very clean with modern facilities.
Very clean, rather spacious, and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The phone line in our room did not work outside the hotel although staff had it unlocked. We ended up giving the Lisbon phone number to staff and having them connect us. At the end, we faced app. 7 euro of phone charges.
I think the staff's attitude is not so good as other hotels.
Very clean all brand new
very near the metro
poor sound insulation of rooms, not the best neighbourhood
I liked the fact it was inbetween two metro stations both only 2 minutes walk away. In fact you were quite near the centre itself. Tram 28 was also very close. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were great especially when I did my Columbo impression by asking 'just one more question'.
To be honest there was nothing drastically wrong with this hotel. Ok some neighbours dog was yapping every now and then (but not in the middle of the night). The guide book said the area is a bit dodgy at night. I encountered no problems but there were a few shady characters, but you get them everywhere. Just be aware around the metro if its late at night, probably best to get a taki as they're relatively cheap. I actually enjoyed the multiculturalism of the area and had a beer and chat with the locals without any problems - but still keep your guard up like anywhere.
Room ad bathroom immaculate
Tea and coffee in room not replaced after day 1, yet pot and ups left there
Near to subway(metro), very good reception, good breakfast, clean.
1) Thin walls. 2) In the evening there are shifty people in nearest neiborhood(drug dealers actually everywhere in Lisbon, but at nearest streets there were groups of them)
Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The view from the balcony was very nice (4th floor).
Bar Breakfast could be better
The room was nice, clean and big enough, the breakfast very satisfying and the metro station close to the hotel, so getting anywhere was easy. I would come back again!
We hoped that the bar at the hotel would be open.
