Really warm welcome from Manuela who took the time to show us sights of interest on city map - nice to be greeted by someone who is so passionate abou their city! Hardly ever a wait for the bathrooms, and they were always very clean with a constant supply of clean face flannels. Good breakfast (fresh warm croissants!) and access to kitchen facilities and fridge free of charge. Also handy to have a small supermarket right next door. Free tea and coffee was always welcome at the end of a long day. Really good directions provided by the hotel once the room was booked - very easy to find! The area is fairly quiet in the evening but not at all unsafe, during the day it is busy with office workers professionnals and bankers in the streets nearby. Wifi is also available free with a good connection, and they also provide a laptop for guests to use at any time. The free slippers are a bit flimsy, but the dressing gown is very handy! It was a bit of long walk from the main sights of the town to the hotel , but we decided to explore most of the city on foot. If you chose to use public transport then this wouldn't be a problem, and Lisbon is definitely not a flat city. Also there is no lift to the first floor where the hotel and reception is located, the stairs are not too daunting though.

The staff is extremely friendly. They have managed to do a lot in a very small space. There were only shared bathrooms, I wasn't expecting that

1. I liked the interior design very much: There is such a wonderful feel about the place that one does not want to leave it. 2. The location is great: the guesthouse is within walking distance to the major attractions and located in a safe neigbourhood. 3. The staff is extremely helpful 4. The breakfast is fine and one can always use the kitchen facilities for oneself. One has to accept that the bathrooms are shared and that some rooms are facing a busy street.

A very nice hotel with very cool designer furniture. The location is also quite central. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean. - Shared bathrooms. Approx. 1 Bathroom per 12 people when the hotel is full. Be ready to wait. - Can be quite loud.

Weekend exploring Lisbon. The guesthouse is a little away from the main attractions but Lisbon has a great network of transport systems. It was clean and lovely and we would definitely stay there again! It is a shared bathroom and so be prepared for that! Although they make it as easy as possible with slippers and bathrobes and the bathrooms are clean and homely.

The staff were friendly and it was clean and comfortable. The wooden floors combined with other guest's hard-soled shoes was an unwelcome wake-up call.

Very pleasant, nice atmosphere. Very helpful staff! It's not as far as from the touristy areas as other reviewers have suggested. It's a 15-20 minute walk at a reasonable clip. Shared bathrooms were clean most of the time.

Very cosy atmosphere (like been in college) sharing bathroom, kitchen, fridge, bathroom, terrace and living room. Very helpful staff. Can be noisy because rooms are around the living room and mine was facing the terrace where people hang out.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, the room was spacious, comfortable and very clean and the breakfast was simple but satisfying. The bathrooms, though shared, were always clean and there was never a wait. We appreciated the robe and towel waiting for us in our rooms and enjoyed our stay very much. At times the traffic from the busy road below us was loud but the comfortable beds made up for it.

The staff are wonderful, the rooms really comfortable and although the bathrooms are shared they are lovely and you hardly notice. I really appreciated the free wi-fi and the breakfast. They will even happily print your boarding pass. I also stayed at a hotel twice the price in the centre of town but can honestly say I preferred it at Lisbon Dreams. It looks far from the centre but you can walk there easily in 20 mins.

They took reservation for double and only had one bad. Was very hard to sleep with peoPle going in and out of their rooms. Paid for a night without any sleep. I feel they should give me a credit. Worst memory of visit to Portugal. I plan to write bad review everywhere.
