We were very impressed on how clean and comfortable the accommodation was. Having robes and slippers was the icing on the cake. Also very central for exploring the city.

Excellent value for money. Great staff especially Johanna who answered all questions and gave great advice. Breakfast fabulous.

The bathroom is shared but there are many and always very clean.

The underground parking nearby cost €8 a day if you pay upfront. The downside is that you need to change ticket every 24h.

A unique and fun place full of friendly and very helpful staff . The guest house was so clean and tidy with great facilities. I would defanitly stay here again and rerccomend highly to couples, solo travellers and groups of friends.

Quite steep stairs

Best Guest House i have ever seen. It was a very pleasant surprise: Very peaceful, everything was very clean, the decoration is beautiful, rooms are very comfortable (mattress and pads were great), friendly staff, and breakfast is also really great. I will recommend it to everyone!

Changing linen was not included, the room was not spotless clean, and there was no lift from ground floor to the front desk(1st floor)

The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. The rooms are cozy and the breakfast has quite a few options. You can use the kitchen whenever you need/want to make your own food, which is a huge bonus. The bathrooms have strong showers with long-lasting hot water. One of the best places we've stayed in our seven months of traveling Europe.

There was only one huge pillow on the double beds, which were awkward to share and sleep on.

Very pleasant place to stay. Lisbon Dreams Guesthouse feels and looks like a home. Room and bathrooms were very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Guidebooks available at the reception. Nice location, with underground station around the corner. I hardly used it though, since most major touristic attractions, shopping streets and restaurants are a a walking distance.

The decor is good, the place is clean and the location good. Other than that, there is not much to like.

I really did not like at all the fact that the Guest House did not mention in booking.com listings that it had a shared bathroom, like most of the other hotels do. This misleads people to think that they have a single room with bathroom, whereas all they get is a tiny room with a shared bathroom. Then, you stay awake at night, as people wake you up on their way to the bathroom. At €35 per night, there is no way this is good value for money: an extra €5 would buy a decent room in a hotel, which would be in a different league. Not recommended.

This is the best hostel I ever stay in Europe! Everything is perfect here!

When we went there the atmosphere was great and our room was little but really comfortable. The patio is a wonderful place to relax and is accesible from some rooms. The breakfast is simple but good at the same time.

Good location on the fringe of the main tourist areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent continental breakfast. Clean, simply furnished room.

Staff was very polite and not annoying. If we needed anything - we asked personnel and everything was good. Absence of toilet and shower in our rooms was not a problem at all. There was never queues. It was a luck, that the personnel was russian-speaking.

It is a great place to stay. I had some doubts about sharing bathroom but it is not at all. The bathrooms were clean and comfortable. All in all there was free wi-fi =)

We stayed at this lovely guesthouse for a couple of days during our holiday to Portugal. The staff were fantastic from the outset, sending a welcoming and informative email on receipt of my booking - attaching a map and car parking instructions (we drove up from the Algarve so was concerned about parking as we were aware this is quite centrally located in a large city). Word of advice for anyone driving and staying over a weekend - you can park for free on the main road outside the guesthouse, which we did. The street has parking meters but only from Monday to Friday. The guesthouse itself is quite centrally located and a good base for sightseeing and shopping. We also purchased sightseeing bus tickets from them which was really handy. The main stop was just up the road on the main roadabout. Our room was light, airy and brightly decorated - the bed was SO commfortable - especially after spending long days walking around Lisbon. Like previous reviews, the bathrooms are shared (which my partner was a little wary of before we arrived) however they are really clean and we never had to wait for a shower so it wasn't an issue for us. There's also a supermarket just next door if you need any snacks or drinks and you can cook or leave anything in the kitchen fridge. The breakfast was continental and a offered a nice selection of bread rolls, meats, cheese and warm pastries. Overall, really enjoyed our stay at Lisbon Dreams Guesthouse. For the price and location you can't beat it and if i was ever to return to Lisbon would stay here again.

The only negative we experienced was that there is no air con in the rooms. It was very hot when we stayed (32 degrees). However, the guesthouse did provide quites effective fans to cool the room down, but we still needed the window open. As we were located overlooing the main road, t was a bit noisy as there's a lot of traffic passing. However, we were so tired by all the sightseeing it wasn't too bad.
