We really enjoyed staying at this guesthouse. We found the rooms nice and cozy, the living room was also very pleasant and the breakfast buffet very varied and nicely laid out. Its not far at all from the main spots you will want to visit and its definitely good value for money! |

Excellent Location within easy walking distance of Metro and all amenities. Guesthouse had a modern airy and bright feel to the interior. The room was compact but very functional with a cooler.The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Staff gave excellent personalised tips on where to go and what to see in Lisbon.Will stay there on our next visit to Lisbon. Position of room meant subjected to smokers in patio area and unable to leave windows open. |

Great place - can only recommend it. Beatiful modern design, great service from the staff, really makes you feel like you are at a 5 star hotel! There are so many shared bathrooms that it feels like your own. You can quickly walk to restaurant/bar part of town. |

Friendly staff, Good location, Great to be able to sit outside for breakfast and at other times on the paito areas and chat to other guests..and make a cup of tea/coffee in the kitchen...or keep bottle of wine in the fridge. Internet availability also usefull |

Free wifi. Ikea style decoration, good taste. Attention! Read all the room description carefully (click on it!) there is no bathroom in the rooms! You must share your bathroom, which is uncomprehensible in a 60€ per nigh hotel which first announces its free wifi. Everything would be fine if there was a bathroom in the room, but is not the case and the price results then very very expensive as it is not in a very centrical location. Green bedroom upstairs is absolutely tiny, no place for even opening your bagagges. Breeakfast could be much better. |

The guesthouse is conveniently located - about 12m walk to Rossio square and just 2-5 minutes from 2 underground stations. The supermarket is in the same building. The terrace is excellent. The breakfast is quite good and is included in the rate. Staff is very friendly with excellent english skills and will provide you with all info. Free wi-fi and a small notebook for everyone's use is a very nice touch. Overall a good place to explore the city - good value for money, but a little overrated I believe. Facilities not in the room, although they are overall sufficient - like 5-6 bathrooms for 11 rooms. Quite noisy street outside. No TVs in the rooms, although there are in the common rooms with a good selection of channels. |

This is a great place to stay. Our room was lovely, breakfast on the patio was tasty - you can also buy drinks to enjoy out on the patio. We didn't cook but the kitchen (nice!) is available for making meals. No problem with shared bathrooms - very clean! The staff was Great. And the bed was the best bed we have slept in. They also have a computer to check your email and online stuff.... Did I mention the staff was wonderful! The double rooms are nice but small. However they are interior rooms with french doors to the patios so they are very quiet. |

A spotlessly clean and pleasant place with generous rooms and fantastically friendly and helpful staff. The shared bathrooms were kept in a perfect condition and were just as fine as private ones. This is a place where the entire family really felt welcome. The wireless lan didn't reach our room (furthest away from the reception). Lacking a/c, it was a bit hard to cool down the room with all windows and doors being accessible from the common areas. |

For this kind of hotel the place with 11 rooms was extremely comfortable, cosy and and extremely clean, and very well located. The staff was the best one could ask for. |
