Staff and room were both great

Location was a little further from city center than we realized. Higher taxi fares as a result. However great location for airport.

Everything was perfect, we had a great time and we definitely would stay there again!!! The room was big enough with a great view, also tried the hotel restaurant and the amazing swimming pool of course... The staff was very kind and did their best to keep us satisfied!!! We stayed 4 days and really had an amazing time, no complaints at all!!!

The upgrade to Exec is great. Joaquim in the exec lounge is brilliant!

Best Hotel, best staff, best holidays. For sure we will come back. Everything works perfect there. Thank you very much.

The bed, other wise found it all very mediocre.

No ash tray in room plus mini bar was locked when we arrived. In the morning there was no electricty for two hours and there was water dripping through the ceiling on and off throughout our stay.

Hotel staff was amazing, breakfast was very good, and the bads were very comfy.

Number one complaint is that wi-fi was very expensive, 19 euros is too much. Location is also not very good.

I liked the gym and the fact that the hotel had swimming pool. The personnel was very professional and hepful. The rooms were clean at all times.

The location of the hotel is not perfect, as you need about 7-8 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station and another 10 to the city center, however, it was still convenient, because this is not much time, and also it was comfortable to be close to the airport at the day of departure :) The swimming pool is very good, but its location is not really good, because there are other tall buildings around and the sun is hidden behind them in the morning (from 10:00 a.m.). The internet is very expensive. It is 7 Euros per hour and about 20 Euros per 24 hours, which I think should be included in the hotel price.

Free parking was not always available, so we had to pay 15 euros extra per day, the manager didnt do much to help us out, but luckily the bellboy did.Anything u ask comes with a steep price.
