Wireless should not be a luxury

Just return home and thought I should give your overall feelings for our stay with you on 16-05-12 / 17-05-12. On arrival at approx 3pm on 16th check in was understaffed, after a long journey this was the last thing that was needed. Ordered a meal at the pool bar restaurant late afternoon of the 16th, my wife had a chicken caeser salad, asked for extra dressing and waited ten minutes for it. I ordered the Shepherds Pie, and received a cold starter instead, and when i asked to change i waited about 30 mins for a replacement, then asked for the restaurant manager who never came. after our meal we went to reception to advise them of our problems and the restaurant manager did come and comped our meal. The air con in our room 410 seemed out of wack, and stayed on all night, only one small towel and two larger towels in our room on arrival, in a room that was booked for double occupancy/ There were no porters available on check in, and no lift to the garage area at all. This is particularly a problem on a very hot day, my wife had to lug our case up a flight of stairs in the garage first, followed by another flight inside the hotel to get to reception, and the signage is very poor, on our way back to the garage in the lift, which dose not go to the garage, we ended up in the basement! sorry still not finished, on check out at 11.30 am on May 17th there again were only 2 people on heck out, and we were required to wait another 10 mins to checkout, whilst staff from an airline seemed to just dump there room keys on the reception in front of the rest of the queue. Again i enquired if they were short staffed only to be told other staff were on break. The waiter in the lobby bar on the afternoon of the 16th seemed to be in a remarkably bad mood on the two times we used the lobby bar on that day.

Stayed at the Marriott for easy access to Benfica fc ( Only a mile away ) City cabs were very cheap so not an issue being 3 miles from centre . Food and beverages reasonably priced for Hotel group. Breakfast not as good as other Marriotts I've been to ( Couldnt find fresh fruit Salad ) Staff very pleasant and super friendly in fact portuguese people are nice and friendly highly recommend .

The staff were very helpful and friendly, When we had a problem with the tv it Was sorted within 15 mins. Had a lovely Stay and great value for money. Bar was Bit expensive though ...

There is no free wi-fi. It's an unbelievable avidity

Good location away from busy city centre but need a car to move about from here. Near to highway and easy access to and from the hotel. Safe and clean, a good hotel that is reasonably priced.

Breakfast and the king-size bed! :)

It was not so close to the metro. perhpas they could have a shuttle bus to the metro.

Clean, comfortable, spacious and friendly. Excellent for business.

Very Friendly and courtious staff. One can not recommend highly enough the dedication, professionalism and dedication shown by this highly motivated team of players.

The bed, other wise found it all very mediocre.

No ash tray in room plus mini bar was locked when we arrived. In the morning there was no electricty for two hours and there was water dripping through the ceiling on and off throughout our stay.

Hotel staff was amazing, breakfast was very good, and the bads were very comfy.

Number one complaint is that wi-fi was very expensive, 19 euros is too much. Location is also not very good.

The staff, they are extremely kind and helpful.

There is no free wifi

Very nice hotel situated 10 minutes walking from the metro station. Excellent service, very clean and large rooms and bathrooms. Nice Fitness Center and Pool Copious and diversified Breakfast Excellent value for money!
