Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Ich habe schon öfters im Hotel übernachtet. Das Marriott Bettsystem ist das Beste was ich kenne. Doch diesmal fehlte der "Topper" und somit war das Bett diesmal leider nur Mittelmass. Auf meine Rückfrage hin (am Abreisetag) antwortete das Personal, dass dies normalerweise immer zum Bett dazugehört und das Bett würde sofort nachgerüstet werden. Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht. |

Alle Räumlichkeiten (Zimmer, Lobby, Restaurant), Outdoor-Pool (!!) Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel wenn man ein Fahrzeug zur Verfügung hat. Kleiner Fitnessbereich, aber keine Sauna vorhanden. Die Gegend um das Hotel bietet leider gar nichts, so dass man immer mit der U-Bahn (ca. 10 Min. Fußmarsch) in die Stadt fahren muss. Zeitschriften oder Zeitungen waren auch in den diversen kleinen Hotelshops nicht erhältlich. Servicequalität durch die Kellner beim Frühstück ließ manchmal zu wünschen übrig. Hotelinfos bezüglich öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel völlig veraltet. |

Staff überaus freundlich, auch Generalmanager des Hotels sucht Kontakt zu den Gästen und erkundigt sich nach Zufriedenheit usw./Außenpool ist ein Traum, gepflegt und gut benutzbar Poolzeiten könnten früher sein - 9:00 ist etwas spät/Rundherum ist es etwas laut |

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, Essen sehr gut, Zimmer komfortabel, gute Verkehrsanbindung, schöner Pool Internet Gebühren? Alles nur gegen Aufpreis (auch die Willkommensflasche Wasser für 3,90€) Das Hotel sieht von Außen nicht luxuriös aus, wir waren überrascht. |

freundlicher Empfang, verkehrsgünstige Lage und damit guter Ausgangspunkt um Lissabon zu erkunden, sehr bequemes Bett Straßen und Verkehrslärm, der leider auch bei geschlossenem Fenster deutlich zu hören war. |

Sehr schönes sauberes komfortables Hotel, U-Bahn ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Praktisch auch die Haltestelle (Universidade Catolica) des Aero-Shuttle direkt neben dem Hotel. Mit diesem Bus, der halbstündlich fährt, ist man vom Flughafen in ca. 15-20 Minuten für 3,50 EUR am Hotel. |

The room was very comfortable and the general ambiance of the hotel excellent. Friendly staff and amenities excellent. A very pleasant stay. The prices of the drinks and additional services were very high. i.e. internet charhes in the businesss centre. The mini bar prices ridiculously high and a very English thing, there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. |

The pool area is really nice to relax in after a busy day in the city center. The hotel is clean and nice and calm. Good place to stay if you want a nice standard and pool. The hotel is far from the center and not to close to the metro station. If you gonna spend a lot of time in the city center you will also spend some money on taxi. Its about 6-10 eur each way. |

The room was really comfortable. Swimming pool was a bonus and the breakfast was great with a really wide selection. It was further out from the city centre than we expected and it was at least a 10minute walk to the nearest metro which was not just 'around the corner' as it said in some reviews. Also the directions the staff gave us to find the metro were not great. We ate in the restaurant of the hotel on the first night- the food was very disappointing, my burger was red instead of well done and the chips were cold. The replacement was not much better. I wouldn't recommend it for food apart from the breakfast. |

Overall the Hotel was Good +. The service and facilities were excellent. The only place to eat nearby was the Hotel restaurant. The buffet breakfast was expensive. |

Nice and clean room. Close to airport - very easy access. We had a very good deal thru booking.com so would recommend. The hotel is close by the highway. So, it is noisy by the pool. Also, we didn't like the music by the pool. We wanted to relax but the music was loud. |

Good 4 stars hotel with the right conforts and 5 euros away from city centre by taxi. You can realx in teh swimming pool area if you need. The water of the pool was not clean. Internet access from the room was not free. |

Near to airport, spacious corridors, lovely rooms and professional staff. The poolside cafe could be a little more friendly, atmosphere for casual dining. Light music perhaps. |
