Very close to thhe centre of Loule. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent - even eggs and bacon! Bar and lounge area very restful and tasteful. Nothing. Would recommend. |

The hotel is the best in Loule... but that's not saying alot. Beaches are a 15-20 minute drive away Our room was very small. We asked for a bed larger than a double (a queen) and were told that they only had doubles. Breakfast was very hectic and disorganised (One staff member for whole hotel!). Our corridor floor had a urine like smell that was awful! |

We enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere of the hotel very much and found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. We would love to stay with you again. Only the lady who lit a cigarette while we were eating our breakfast in the delightful courtyard - not your fault! |

The hotel is in a quiet location in the old part of the town. It is adjacent to the Alphonso III restaurant which serves good food at good prices. We stayed at the Loule Jardim twice in the last couple of weeks. Both times the room was spotless and the reception staff excellent. The only jarring note was the behaviour of the kitchen staff at breakfast who appeared clumsy and inept (but polite and helpful also). One gentleman appeared to be in dire need of a tray, would walk in and out of the kitchen with one plate and drop things. I think he could do with a little training. |

We visited during the festival of Our Lady and we were able to view the fireworks from the roof area which included the swimming pool and sunbed area. A great place to relax. There is a great restaurant next to the hotel and a very friendly bar next door as well. The hotel is at the lower end of Loule and perfect location for staying in town. Very clean hotel and polite staff The walls are quite thin and it can be a little noisy but not too bad. |

Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet and peaceful, even though it is in the middle of Loule. Convenient location. Absolutely no extras in bathroom, not even a bar of soap. Makes it difficult to bath, because you have to get up each time you need to squeeze soap out of the container on the wall. Not enough toilet paper. Hoover left in corridor all day, dirty dishes left on trolley. Not cleared all day. |
