Good location for short break, not too busy, convienient for all facilities Staff could have smiled a little more. Reason for holiday was a late surprise for my wife's 60th birthday, and recovery from a slight illness. Although booked and confirmed 6 nights on the fifth day my wife tried to access the room late on friday afternoon only to be told by reception that we had only booked 5 and that we had to vacate the room or pay to stay another night. That place is wonderfull. The hotel and outdoor area are clean and look beautifull. Peoples there are so friendly (this is my opinion) and always ready to help you if is possible. There was one thing what can be improved. In during the dinner you have to buy water if you want to drink it. I think this litlle thing should be part of the dinner. Why you can have for breakfast tea, juice, milk, cofe and water and for dinner nothing to dring? |

Plenty of facilities, not to busy so there was no queing and everythink was easily available A little bit remote meant getting taxis to vilamoura or albufera for night life. |

Its stunning to look at, food was superb Staff were very slow to get anything done, whenever you approached the reception desk even though there were 3 people behind it with no-one to serve you still had to wait up to 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge you let alone help you - Infuriating!! |

Da proximidade da praia e do menu buffet que era bastante variado, mas por outro lado para ir a qualquer outro lado civilizado é necessário ir de carro e andar pelo menos 10 minutos.Para chegar à oura ou a albufeira, por exemplo, Várias... Acho inadmissível que num hotel de 4 estrelas os quartos não tenham frigorífico, para se poder, ao menos, ter água fresca e fruta no quarto. O cofre tem que se pagar? Estive em residenciais de 3 estrelas com cofre e frigorifico... São apenas sugestões. |
