The buffet breakfast was fairly good. The hotel is not inside Guarda, but approx. 5 kms from the city center. It is not on the edge of the National Park either, but relatively close to a train station in a semi-urban, semi-industrial area. The facilities indicated on the website do exist (swimming pool, sauna etc) exist, but in reality are not really good. For instance the outside pool has the airconditioning pipe of the whole hotel on top, which is extremely noisy. The sauna has no relaxing area and although 10 steps away from the outside (cold) pool, you are not allowed to go directly outside for some ambigous reason, but have to take a trip around the hotel to get there. |

Onsite indoor parking availibility. During the week the relaxing facilities should look nice. Fair priced restaurant, abundant breakfast Indoor pool and leisure facilities are closed on Sunday (which was a criteria for us but it wasn't mentioned to be closed). |

Hotel was very good. Clean comfortable rooms, free internet and excellent gym services. Parking is free :) ... excellent value for money! A little out of town. You need a car to get to the center of town. No restaurant or bar options walking distance from the Hotel. |

The room was excellent - large, clean, comfortable and quiet. Mini bar prices were reasonable. The bed had a top quality matress enabling a good nights sleep. The bathroom was large with excellent quality fittings. I have stayed at 5* hotels which were not as good as the Lusitania Parque. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. |

Simpatia dos funcionários, comodidade do hotel relaçao preço qualidade inclusivé das refeições servidas no restaurante do próprio hotel para o uso da piscina interior do hotel é necessário o uso de touca, quem não for prevenido terá que a comprar lá! |

Do nome do Hotel. O Ar-Condicionado, apesar das indicações do funcionário do hotel, continuava a deitar ar frio em vez de ar quente. Dorminos com o ar-condicionado desligado e com frio :( |

Prolongarem o horario de pequeno almoço, ser até as 10 da manhã é muito reduzido, visto nem todos serem madrugadores. Jakuzi não estar a funcionar e cobrarem pelo uso da sauna, visto ser algo que a maior parte dos hoteis de 4 estrelas têm e não andam a cobrar um valor extra para irem a sauna ou ao banho turco, algo lamentavel para um hotel desta categoria. |

Pour moi l'hotel et le restaurant sont très bien seule la réception dénote dans cet établissemnt 4 étoiles. je donnerai 10 au restaurant pour la sympatie et le professionalisme du personnel - 10 pour les chambres qui sont parfaites et bien tenues. Je noterai zéro aux personnes de la réception, il semblerai que ces gens n'ont pas appris à dire bonjour et à sourire aux clients, que ce soit à l'arrivée pendant le séjour ou au départ. ce n'est pas la première fois que je séjourne dans cet hotel et c'est toujours la même remarque. il faut leurs dire qu'un bonjour et un sourire ne coûte rien, c'est la première image pour le client. |

Encontra-se localizado numa zona calma e com bons acessos ao centro da cidade da Guarda. Boa relação qualidade preço, embora para um 4 estrelas fosse de esperar melhor. Alguns funcionários da recepção não são simpáticos. A limpeza do quarto falhou num dia, tendo sido necessário ligar para a recepção para que viessem limpar. Tive que pagar a utilização do ginásio, algo que não está explícito no anúncio do hotel. Os pequenos almoços são muito limitados, não têm muita variedade. A sala de jogos só tem uma mesa de bilhar e esta encontra-se muito mal tratada, tacos partidos e não há giz. |
