Imødekommende personale med glimt i øjet. Rolige omgivelser trods tog, og trafik - og dejligt tæt på metro. Tæpperne de bruger som "dyner" bør vaskes oftere - lugtede surt. |

Friendly staff, I loved the deco but some people may find it austere, large room, comfy beds. There is a train/metro station right outside the front that may wake you. Also no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It is also a pretty long way from town and not in a very appealing district (seemed industrial but didn't have time to explore. On a positive note, close enough to airport to 'esacape' the airport feel - so fine for business, not good for holidayers |

room was quiet, and the food was quite good. they swipe your card when you arrive, as most hotels do - and said they didn't make a charge - but they did actually charge the first night and then we had problems when I checked out, coz the staff didn't believe the charge had gone through. I had to look up my account on their internet and prove it! They sorted it out then. |

The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.The locatin was excelent, near the train station and Metro. The breakfast lacked of variety. Although was a buffet breakfast we would like to see more variety. |

convenience I would like to have been able to pay cash for the hotel when we checked out. I understand the need for a credit card to hold a reservations but this hotel required nonrefundable payment in full at time of booking. |

The staff were very polite and helpful, easy access from the airport, good breakfast facilities. Only the hard pillows (though seems to be normal in Portugal). |

near to the the metro station Roma, short ride to central city. its a city hotel, no big comfort. its a big complex, not really nice. breakfast wide choice, but not really tasty and pretty crowdy. beds are uncomfortable, air condition extremly loud. |

This hotel was a bit of a trek from downtown (not really walkable, but only a 5 minute walk from the metro and from there 10-15 minutes downtown - also right across the street from a train station that can take you to Sintra...), but was great value. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with good bathrooms. There was a business centre that had computers with internet that could be used free of charge. The buffet breakfast was excellent - a good variety of cheeses, meets, breads, fruits and even scarmbled eggs and sausages. Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel. The location was not ideal for us, as we wanted to spend each day downtown, but it was still an excellent hotel for us and we were very pleased. |

Very nice hotel, nice and helpful personel at the reception? Comfortable big room, hotel is situated near the Roma metro station which is helpful if you are going sightseeing. Good choice for breakfast. Also the hotel is situated near the railway station which is both an advantage and disadvantage as there is a noise of the trains (but not very much disturbing if you don't open the window). |

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. In addition, there was an excellent breakfast provided. The location was, while not in the direct city center, very near public transport. All in all, it was a good deal for the money. |

We were there for only one night but they were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed but efficient, which is a nice comparison for both business and leisure guests. The restaurant was particularly good, value for money, very good food and courteous staff. The room was well presented and tidy. To be honest, and I dont think this is related to the hotel, but the directions to the hotel are hopeless and the tourist maps make it really difficult to find by car in a foreign city. |

We stayed only overnight to catch a plane to go back to the US. I enjoyed window-shopping around the area. The restaurant service was extremley slow that night. There seemed to have some emergency. The best way to deal with this type of situation is to let their customers know about it and offer free drinks.... Staff there were very nice. |
