I did like the good location of the hotel, very close to metro station with direct line to city center and also close to airport. It is located in a good&safe area, lots of shops nearby.Breakfast was good enought, many options for eating.Room has a simply design but clean and big.Staff was friendly and pleased to give advice. |

The recepcionist was very kind and they were helping us very much to do tourism in the city. Food was really nice in the restaurant and the breakfast was very good as well :). Rooms were big enough with a terrace. The shower arm was a bit broken. |

The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel easy access from airport. Nice and not too expensive restaurant I would have like to see some body lotion in the bathroom. |

the receptionist on arrival was great, south african girl and very very helpful the staff on reception the next morning, you would of thought you were in a different hotel. unhelpful is an understatement. |

Free wireless internet in my room, breakfast buffet was included in price (but we had a very early flight and missed the breakfast), room was spacious and very clean, staff was very helpful. There was a restaurant in the hotel, but I was traveling with an 18 month old and wanted to eat take out in our room, but there were no take out restaurants nearby. I found a McDonald's about a 10 min walk away. |

Very close to the metro station (direct line to city center). Close to the airport - we paid only 8 euro to get there by taxi. Breakfast was very good. Free wireless internet very fast. Very good value for money! Furniture and the whole apperance a bit out of date. We had two beds put together as a "double bed", which is not the same thing. Bathroom accessories (soap and stuff) were quite modest for a 4star hotel. But lots of towels, so overall it was ok. |

Clean, Good Breakfast, Free Internet Facility, Helpful Staff. No facility for 24 Hour Tea/Coffee except "Room Service" which was expensive. Asked for an Iron for "touch-up"pressing of clothes... not available... only an expensive Laundry/Pressing service. |

The value for money was extremely good. The food in the hotel restaurant excellent. Bar staff polite and helpful also receptionists and porter, would recommend to anyone. |
