Hotel Lutecia

新しいホテルではないが、キレイです。朝食はボリュームあります。ネットつながります（PCは持参してね）- 。旅行中トラブル発生した時、スタッフの方々にいろいろ手伝ってくれた。別地に夕方移動だったが、夕方まで- 荷物を預かってくれた（当たり前か？）。メトロ・CP駅近い。

Friendly staff, I loved the deco but some people may find it austere, large room, comfy beds.

There is a train/metro station right outside the front that may wake you. Also no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It is also a pretty long way from town and not in a very appealing district (seemed industrial but didn't have time to explore. On a positive note, close enough to airport to 'esacape' the airport feel - so fine for business, not good for holidayers

The hotel was very clean and central also it was close to the underground Metro.

I would like to have been able to pay cash for the hotel when we checked out. I understand the need for a credit card to hold a reservations but this hotel required nonrefundable payment in full at time of booking.

The staff were very polite and helpful, easy access from the airport, good breakfast facilities.

Only the hard pillows (though seems to be normal in Portugal).

service at breakfast was a bit slow and unattentive refilling milk, plates, cutlery etc; City Room did not have a usable working desk

This hotel was a bit of a trek from downtown (not really walkable, but only a 5 minute walk from the metro and from there 10-15 minutes downtown - also right across the street from a train station that can take you to Sintra...), but was great value. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with good bathrooms. There was a business centre that had computers with internet that could be used free of charge. The buffet breakfast was excellent - a good variety of cheeses, meets, breads, fruits and even scarmbled eggs and sausages. Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel.

The location was not ideal for us, as we wanted to spend each day downtown, but it was still an excellent hotel for us and we were very pleased.

the hospitality of every staff member, they would go that extra mile to ensure your holiday was comfortable, especially Ms. FILIPA.

Good location in outskirts of Lisbon, goob places to eat nearby and close to Metro

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. In addition, there was an excellent breakfast provided. The location was, while not in the direct city center, very near public transport. All in all, it was a good deal for the money.
