スタッフの対応が素晴らしかった。立地も良い、ホテルのパーキングはないがすぐ近くにパーキング（有料）が- あり便利。地下鉄の駅も徒歩５分以内。市内、各観光名所へのアクセスも良い。とても清潔。 朝食時にレストランが狭いので順番待ちで並ばなければならない日があった。バスルームに換気扇がない。（特- に気になるほどのことではなかった） |

新しいホテルではないが、キレイです。朝食はボリュームあります。ネットつながります（PCは持参してね）- 。旅行中トラブル発生した時、スタッフの方々にいろいろ手伝ってくれた。別地に夕方移動だったが、夕方まで- 荷物を預かってくれた（当たり前か？）。メトロ・CP駅近い。 ないです |

清潔で過ごしやすかったです。メトロの駅も徒歩5分ほどで観光に便利でした。朝食のドーナツがとてもおいし- いです！ポルトガル滞在中に食べたスィーツの中で一番おいしかったかもしれません。 洗面所が少し狭く感じました。 |

The staff were very polite and helpful, easy access from the airport, good breakfast facilities. Only the hard pillows (though seems to be normal in Portugal). |

near to the the metro station Roma, short ride to central city. its a city hotel, no big comfort. its a big complex, not really nice. breakfast wide choice, but not really tasty and pretty crowdy. beds are uncomfortable, air condition extremly loud. |

This hotel was a bit of a trek from downtown (not really walkable, but only a 5 minute walk from the metro and from there 10-15 minutes downtown - also right across the street from a train station that can take you to Sintra...), but was great value. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with good bathrooms. There was a business centre that had computers with internet that could be used free of charge. The buffet breakfast was excellent - a good variety of cheeses, meets, breads, fruits and even scarmbled eggs and sausages. Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel. The location was not ideal for us, as we wanted to spend each day downtown, but it was still an excellent hotel for us and we were very pleased. |

Very nice hotel, nice and helpful personel at the reception? Comfortable big room, hotel is situated near the Roma metro station which is helpful if you are going sightseeing. Good choice for breakfast. Also the hotel is situated near the railway station which is both an advantage and disadvantage as there is a noise of the trains (but not very much disturbing if you don't open the window). |

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. In addition, there was an excellent breakfast provided. The location was, while not in the direct city center, very near public transport. All in all, it was a good deal for the money. |

We were there for only one night but they were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed but efficient, which is a nice comparison for both business and leisure guests. The restaurant was particularly good, value for money, very good food and courteous staff. The room was well presented and tidy. To be honest, and I dont think this is related to the hotel, but the directions to the hotel are hopeless and the tourist maps make it really difficult to find by car in a foreign city. |

We stayed only overnight to catch a plane to go back to the US. I enjoyed window-shopping around the area. The restaurant service was extremley slow that night. There seemed to have some emergency. The best way to deal with this type of situation is to let their customers know about it and offer free drinks.... Staff there were very nice. |

Excellent staff both in the hotel and their restuarant - excellent location by metro station for easy access to Lisbon centre. Have recommenced booking.com to others - could not be beat by ease of use and price for usch a good hotel - thank you Would have been useful to have directions from the airport re public transport - eventually found a way but not the easiest! |
