Siermiężny wystrój, smutny hall, mały wybór jedzenia, raczej ubogie śniadanie,brak wyboru jedzenia w barze, brak wygodnego miejsca do jedzenia przekąsek w barze, portier nie łączy do pokoju rozmowy z Polski, ograniczona opcja późnego wymeldowania. |

Very friendly and attentive staff at the beginning, a little bit cold in the end. The room was cleaned every morning. Easy access to train and underground. A good place to stay and for sure to come back. Some information on how to reach easier Fatima would be helpful. Also, some variation of breakfast menu, including vegetables (tomato, cucumber...) |

The staff that I interacted with were very welcoming, professional, helpful and supportive. The quality of the 'roast beef sandwich' which I had was below the expected standard. |

We needed a hotel close to airport before international flight. It was easy to find, calm and accommodating, welcoming, clean, comfortable, quiet with easy access to airport for morning flight. |

I did like the good location of the hotel, very close to metro station with direct line to city center and also close to airport. It is located in a good&safe area, lots of shops nearby.Breakfast was good enought, many options for eating.Room has a simply design but clean and big.Staff was friendly and pleased to give advice. |

The recepcionist was very kind and they were helping us very much to do tourism in the city. Food was really nice in the restaurant and the breakfast was very good as well :). Rooms were big enough with a terrace. The shower arm was a bit broken. |
