Our room was in -1 floor, there was moldy smell, into the bed sheets there was a lot of hairs, we asked to change the sheets but the new one had the same problem... we made the bed ourselves because there was not staff. We will never go back to this hotel!
Kind staff, location near to the city center accesible via Metro, really good price for the rooms with nice equipment clean
The location is a bit scary at night rooms are tiny with glass door to toilet the bed is also small poor wifi
The hotel is on a quiet tree lined street with plenty of food stores and cafes. It was close enough to walk to the city center. I liked the neighborhood feel.
The front desk help was not very helpful or friendly. The rooms are very tiny but since it was just me, it did not matter.
Simple hotel near center of the city - good price/value ratio.
It's not worth ordering breakfast in advance. You can find much better place to eat just around the corner
Our room was in the basement floor with a small window to the indoor yard only and right next to the public toilets. Even though we had an especially cheap rate, there should have been a remark about the "special" location of the room.
All close of the metro, cleanness and modernity of the hotel, nice free wi fi staff very friendly
breakfast too poor
Don't have car parking
Location of Hotel in quit environment Nearby public traffic facilities Excellent rooms
Poor lunch for dutch standards but cheap restaurant within 50 meters
Very good value
Everything was OK. Hotel is located between two main streets in Lisboa.
Very very clean. Modern rooms.
The hotel is clean and comfortable and the breakfast is ok but the choice is limited. There are no facilities besides the bedrooms...the reception/bar area was the same place and very small...you wouldn't sit there and have a drink.
The hotel is in a residential area which appears to be quite run down with homeless people, beggers and groups of youths hanging around. There are no bars or restaurants suitable for tourists locally and you have to go into the city centre every night for food and entertainment.
Value for money, very helpful staff, quiet area but still only a few minutes to Metro station Anjos.
The coffee at breakfast was not good, all else nice!
good location, near the metro
our room was quite hot and the "air conditioning" was not effective in cooling the room. Opening the window at night didn't seem to help as there was no cross ventilation. It was difficult to sleep in such a warm room but we made do.
Located near the Anjos metro station and only 15 minute walk to Praça Restaurantadores and Martim Moniz.
Two minor things. The bathroom did not have a normal door rather a glass swinging door and there's no shelf in the shower to place soap/shampoo.
I find the staff very helpful and friendly . They always remember me and accommodate any need's 's I have . It is in a good central position and it has good soundproofing . It is also near my favourite traditional restaurant .
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Very nice.
The breakfast was ok, but one hour before the closing was not so much choice any more.
Clean modern room and public areas. Good continental style breakfast- all fresh. Shower gel, soap and shampoo provided. Good shower. Fridge (fill it with your own drinks) and safe in the room. Good WiFi signal. Efficient front desk. Location: 5 minute walk to Metro station or 20 minutes to Rossio.
Nothing really at this price. Perhaps a few more TV channels, but that's nit picking...
Metro-Station Anjos close to the Hotel. Good service and clean Hotel.
No Marmelade or Jam at Breakfast.
Poor room lighting.
Everything was absolutely great, lovely room with balcony and view, yummy breakfast, comfy bed....
Very clean, well working air conditioning, modern, not in the center of Lisbon, but nice connection and quiet at night, very nice people in district-nice small restaurant with reasonable prices and big portions(6-9€ for nice traditional food, coffie - less than 1€)
Small room, very poor breakfast with terrible coffie (instant), unfriendly service
cute, chic, compact. sufficient variety of breakfast options for a long weekend. close to tram line 28. great bargain.
neighborhood just ok, nearby subway stop not stroller-friendly, resto recs hit and miss (but vitra was good!)
Modern, attractive rooms, location,breakfast.
No comfortable armchair.
The breakfast was not that good, it would be nice to have a few hot things, like eggs, hash browns, beans.
The hotel is much smaller than the pictures suggest, for example the dining room/bedroom look much bigger on the website, but are smaller.
