Walking distance to plenty good restaurants and bars Close to the river Easy access to train and metro
A beautifully decorated hotel in a great location - good transport links and easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary custard tarts and sushi - it made us feel well-looked after!
All I would say is that you need to know the person you are sharing a room with very well as there isn't a huge amount of privacy in the bathroom!
Enjoyed our stay. Easy to walk to main sights. Bootique decor was tasteful. Room was small. Noise of local nightclub was annoying on one night but other nights were more peaceful.
Close to train station (Cais do Sodre) and lots of party places just around the corner. A short (but steep) walk to Chiado and Bairro Alto.
Room too small. Lack of storage space. Bathroom not up to scratch.
Staff very friendly and helpful
fabulous hotel! clean, good food and very cool location and friendly staff!
Nice clean hotel friendly staff with good spoken English by all staff nice restaurant although I dont like sushi nice touch with the port and tarts and the glass of wine with sushi at 19.30
There was no breakfast facilities for marathon runners that were up at 06.00. Local hotels that had some of are running club members in made them a take out breakfast just cake and fruit and had them fruit juice at the bar maybe you could do the same for future guests
We loved the LX Boutique Hotel already from the photos on booking.com, and we were not disappointed. A delicate light blue color, seaview, a small balcony and a different bathroom. Homemade lemonwater in the reception - pasteis de nata and portwine for free in the afternoon. And we slept well too!
We stayed only for one night. It was too short.

Location is Superb, if you are an active nightlife person then this place is just awesome! Staff are super, very friendly and helpful... All young staff Rooms are nicely decorated
Room are on the smaller size, but well layed out Room service is minimal, but the area around is full of restaurants, cofee shops, groceris so you should be ok This is a boutique hotel so some basic services are not available
Always the best and never lets down. Great hotel that is the perfect location for business and leisure. I have taken around 8 guests to the hotel and they share my view. Perfect
Very nice room design. Very friendly staff. Good location.
Located close to the street with bars and night clubs, which could be disturbing. However not a single noise you can hear through the window.
We spent 2 nights at the Lx Boutique Hotel, Lisbon - one at the start and one at the end of our trip. We loved the style, the staff and the location, even before they upgraded us (on our 2nd night) to the fabulous 5th floor suite with a water view over red-tiled rooftops. In both rooms, the bed was enormous and the room size extremely generous (even in the non-suite). The staff very graciously parked our rental car for us and retrieved it from the lot the next day so we didn't have to deal with that. Location is great for walking around the old city center, castle, cafes, shopping, etc. Fantastic experience all around. Loved it.
I didn't love the breakfast and thought it was pricey at 15 euros each. This was our only (slight) negative in an all-around wonderful experience at this lovely hotel.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The rooms were incredibly small and I had none of the complimentaries one would expect in a 4 star hotel: bath robe, slippers etc. Furthermore, there was no ironing board in the room nor the posibility of ironing shirts anywhere.
The staff was very helpfull and recommend and booked a couple of very good restaurants. Good location close to the trains, trams and buses. And close to three very nice quarters of Lisbon they have a welcoming drink + 3 sushi's nice designed big rooms
The breakfast is very good but 15 euro's per person
Interesting hotel with lots of great bars and eating places nearby. Staff helpful and obliging.
Decided to have breakfast at the hotel even though it was not in our booking and found it to be quite expensive and not particularly good value for money
The staff in particular were very helpful, courteous, and attentive. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms clean, plenty of hot water all day, if required, good choice for breakfast but expensive. Access to train and metro station easy, trams and bus stops also close by. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Taxis abound unless it's raining! Small cafe across the road serves good cheaper breakfast and has nice steak if you don't fancy sushi or expensive dinner!
We stayed 2 nights at the LX boutique and in a condensed form: - It's a charming little hotel - Rooms are clean and not too small - Check out until 12:00 - very good location!
- Only some individuals of the staff are really friendly. Others are close-lipped and seem uninterested - Lisboa is a captial city and so there is a lot of noise around the hotel - (voluntary fire brigade in the same street,... )
Fantastic hotel that I cannot get enough of. It has a homely feel with supportive and efficient staff who are friendly and eager to help. The hotel is beautifully and tastefully done and in a fun part of town
A very strong off-odor in room 104 coming from the bath room section.
nice decoration, nice staff
Some rooms are so small Lots of noise from buses, trams and the bars all night during holiday/weekend
The staff could not have been more friendly, polite and helpful. They spoke excellent English. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. A very convenient location for visiting the main sights of Lisbon.
Wonderful staff Beautiful furnishings
Noisy area Surrounded by british pubs Pleasant area 10 mins walk away
