Staff were friendly. Cheap rate. Not a nice part of the city. Beds were uncomfortable. Ugly view from window. Minibar not stocked. We were given two single beds instead of a double. |

The reception desk staff was always very friendly and helpful, thanks again. The hotel is not far from the city center in an area with a little bit less traffic than the main streets, still noisy over night if you want to sleep with the window opened. If you walk, it takes around 20 minutes to reach Rossio Square, otherwise you have the nearest metro station in Place Marques de Pombal at 5 minutes walk. There are a couple of mini-prix shops very close to the hotel from where you can buy some fresh fruits, beverage (and food) and keep them cool in the refrigerator you have in your room, refrigerator which accomodates nothing else than two small bottles with water. In the entrance hall besides the reception desk there is a small bar with few drinks available which is opened until midnight. Breakfast is served at the hotel's restaurant (groundfloor) until 10:30 during the week and until 11:30 on Saturday and Sunday, so you can afford to get up later if you want. During our stay, the hotel's restaurant was opened only for breakfast and remained closed the rest of the day. Rooms have also a safe box where you can keep values, but you have to pay for this service. Don't worry if you forgot to take with you the tooth brush, you will find in the bathroom a box with a new tooth brush and a small tooth paste. The hotel has an underground parking on several levels which is helpful when you intend to not use the car for several days or just can't find any parking place available out in the street. The interior of the hotel looks old and impersonal still functional, but there is nothing chic to thrill you at least a little bit. Rooms: not all the rooms have quite the same standard. We had to change the room we've got due to the air conditioning which was blowing a dirty toilet stink as soon as turned on. The second room we've got was much larger and consequently the window was also two times larger than in the first room. Bathrooms: are not very small but there are few things which could be better. The shower is fixed on the wall and you can only tilt it. In both rooms the taps were leaking water drop by drop and the bidet's drain pipe was clogged. Undergroud hotel parking: If you are an experienced driver and your car is not bigger than a VW Golf, you can try it. Otherwise it could be difficult to get in and out. The entrance as well as the walk downwards are narrow and you move on an abrupt slope walk with a narrow turn at 90 degrees. Breakfast: various but same every day, mostly canned food and entry quality. I guess they do not have a real kitchen, nor a cook but few persons to lay the table. No grind coffee but soluble coffee. For a four stars hotel we expected more, but from the perspective of the paid price, what we've got was fair. |

The staff is very helpful with recommendations about restaurants and events in the city. They are friendly in helping with the sightseeing plans. Breakfast is excellent, rooms are clean. I would not categorize this hotel as a four star hotel, the rooms are too spartan for that. Good for spending the night and then roaming around the city, but not good if you have to stay in the room during the day or work in the room. However, good value for money (rates are not at the 4-star level either). |

Hotel is nice, our room was clean. The hotel was not as a 4 Spanish star but it was ok. The TV was small but was ok, and the breakfast was quite good. The Pasteis do Belem are excelent. The parking is a little small for big cars. I didn't like that everyday they changed our sheets and our towels in spite of we didn't through it to the floor. It is not in the city centre but in the map you can check it. To the metro there are around 10 min |

The rooms are very clean, fitted out with new modern furniture. The inclusive breakfast was fine and the restaurant modern. I visit Lisbon often and this is one of the better hotels I,ve used. |

Central position in the City of Lisbon. Large room space. Cheerful and wellcoming staff. Yes. The restaurant attendance staff at breakfast were standing and chatting around blocking movements of clients |

Its central location (5 mins walk to Pombal, then Metro to anywhere in Lisbon), its fabulous supplies of hot water, and its exceptionally helpful reception staff. |

The room was very convenient and quiet and was well suited to my needs during my first stay. I was so pleased with it and the services that I requested the same room on my second stay prior to my return to Texas. |

The hotel was well located in an area of Lisbon of interest to us. It provided a location convenient to the airport for our departure from Lisbon to Canada. The hotel staff was consistently courteous and helpful throughtout our stay. An excellent buffet breakfast was included with the room. |
