I've got a triplebedroom with breakfast for 100 euros, the only reason for I ve chosen this hotel It doesn't seem at all a 4 star hotel, poor furnishment, terrible bathroom. At maximum it's a 2 or 3 stars.

The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. I booked 3 rooms; my parents flight got in early and they were able to check in at 9:00am in the morning. They were extremely happy because they were tired from traveling and were able to take a nap right away. That was great!

The location was good and it was close to all amenities. The hotel was basic, soulless and closer to two than four stars. Breakfast was fine but the coffee was vile. The prostitution on the street outside and at the hotel steps on both nights was very off-putting.

The service was great - all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The main sites were a 20 minute walk away. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on that. Overall, I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again myself - it was very good value for money.

The location is good, near Marques do Pombal. The rooms are big, as well as the bathrooms. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite old. Mine had damp spots on the ceiling, the tv didn't work and the bathroom sink was clogged. Hardly could qualify it as a 4-star hotel.

Great service and friendly and courteous staff who are always willing to assist with information, good breakfast and exellent for the price. Although the decor is a bit dated, room very comfortable and clean. Located about 10 minute walk from the Marques de Pombal metro station, but quiet a steep walk up a hill to get to the hotel, after a day´s walking & sightseeing, can be very tiring climbing walking up the hill. Also glass door in the bathroom which doesn´t give one much privacy, and worst of all, although a very nice shower, the shower floor is level to the bathroom floor, so after showering, the floor gets very wet.

Very large and clean room. Staff was always very kind, I was always checkin late and had to ask for towels and water at 2a.M. And they managed to get it. It has many transports near. Loved it

Great location near metro & buses. Personnel willing to help. Clean rooms. Internet - We knew that there was no free Internet provided & there was only the possibility to pay for access (1,5 eur for half an hour), but in a 4* hotel that is the least that must be offered for free.

Reception staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful regarding sightseeing advice. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast was ok - self service choice of continental or very limited hot selection. Very noisey water system meant it sounded like a waterfall was coming through the room everytime those above took a shower or flushed the toilet! Breakfast was ok, but exactly the same every day - Hot breakfast was mini hotdog sausages, scrambled egg and bacon everyday.- Could get very boring if staying for more than a few days.

I stayed in 2* hotel better than this one. The hotel is very bad; its air conditioning system is very noisy and we changed 3 rooms until we get a more quiet one. Also the walls are very thin and the smallest noise is heared; the breakfat is very expensive.
