Vip Executive Madrid Hotel

4泊しました。大きい角部屋で喜びましたが、エアコンが効かず暑苦しい夜でした。翌朝その旨を伝えると即座- に部屋を変更してもらえました。少し小さくなりましたが、快適になりました。朝食は、種類はやや少なめでし- たが概ね満足できました。

掃除が少々行き届いていなかったことが気になりました。

早朝チェックアウトで朝食をとる時間がないことを伝えたら、前の晩にサンドイッチやジュースを届けてくれた- 。すばらしいサービスに感激した。

ポンバル広場ほど近くに位置し、地下鉄を利用してどこにでもすぐに行くことができました。ホテルは設備が充- 実していて、バスタブやトイレもとても清潔でした。部屋全体としてとても清潔で、非常にリーズナブルなホテ- ルだったと感じました。朝食も一通りのものがあり、特にお菓子類は非常においしかったです。

言語の問題もあったが、セーフティボックスの仕組みが変わっていて、少し混乱しました。

Spacious and clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, central location, ok breakfast. Very good value for money, though it is not a 4 star hotel. We would recommand this hotel for a city trip if you don't want to spend too much money on the hotel.

Breakfast big choice, but everyday the same, instant coffee from a machine. Minibar was empty, only two tiny bottels of water, wich were charged at 2,50 EUR per bottle. No restaurant in the hotel, only a small bar in the hotel lobby.

The bathroom was fine.

The room had a bad smell. The bed was discomfortable.

Bedroom while clean was basic. As a solo traveller it was too far from centre to go out in evening and bar facility was extremely basic with very small snack menu all that was available to eat

yes. bed in individual rooms is too small. if it is 4 stars hotel beds should be bigger. people that can book 4 star hotel never sleeping on so small beds.

The employees are pleasants.

My room had not a safe working and I needed to be firm or they would not give me a room with one working. Then in the next day they put me on a new room and when I arrived in the evening, I saw the room did not have a fridge and at this time of the year, Portugal is really warm. But since I did not want to have more stress with the hotel and not time to get another one, I just let it go and stayed in the same room. I noticed the forniture in my room were not dusted all the days I stayed there, but other things were well clean. The breakfast should be available starting at 7am, but at least 2 times I arrived there and the warm food was not read and I left without eating it, but there were a lot of other good things available in the breakfast
