Bra frukost buffé och bra städning. Trevlig hotellpersonal. Bra AC. Ocentral placering av hotellet. Felaktig beskrivning av läget på nätet. Säkerhetsboxen på rummet fungerade inte och inte hellar alla lampor på rummet. Personalen i receptionen använde inte internet för att söka information om hur man tar sig till olika sevärdigheter. |

Toppen personal och hotellfrukost. Inte illa, men en uteplats för gästerna skulle vara bra. Vi satt på trappan utanför hotellentrén. |

Det var lugn och personalen var vänliga. Ventilationsanläggningen lätt ganska mycket och det gick inte att stänga av den. |

nära till city och andra sevärdheter. trevlig tillmötesgående personal. Bra storlek på rummet med lång bänk med plats för 2 resväskor. Gångavstånd till det mesta. de mörka lite skumma koridorerna |

Hotel staff was very kind and professional. My sigle room was clean and confortable and all facilities working properly. The location of the Hotel is strategically in the heart of the city, very close to the main public transportation services, allowing to move easily in the Capital. |

Spacious and clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, central location, ok breakfast. Very good value for money, though it is not a 4 star hotel. We would recommand this hotel for a city trip if you don't want to spend too much money on the hotel. Breakfast big choice, but everyday the same, instant coffee from a machine. Minibar was empty, only two tiny bottels of water, wich were charged at 2,50 EUR per bottle. No restaurant in the hotel, only a small bar in the hotel lobby. |

Quiet location, good location for walking access to City Centre, only 20 minutes walk. Good public transport links. The surley bartender who thought that the bar closing at midnight, actually meant 11.50pm!!! |

The staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellant We thought we booked a 4 star. I would give this hotel 2 at most. The mattress was very lumpy and uncomfartable. The pillows were the thinnest and smallest I ever had anywhere and you only provided one each. The TV was tiny and old. The towels were thin and cheap. The view was non existant and the bathroom was old. |

Staff were very pleasant. Continental breakfast good. Room rate good. Bedroom while clean was basic. As a solo traveller it was too far from centre to go out in evening and bar facility was extremely basic with very small snack menu all that was available to eat |

good professional staff. explain everything about aerea, places to go. restaurantes, bars. very good personal. yes. bed in individual rooms is too small. if it is 4 stars hotel beds should be bigger. people that can book 4 star hotel never sleeping on so small beds. |

The employees are pleasants. My room had not a safe working and I needed to be firm or they would not give me a room with one working. Then in the next day they put me on a new room and when I arrived in the evening, I saw the room did not have a fridge and at this time of the year, Portugal is really warm. But since I did not want to have more stress with the hotel and not time to get another one, I just let it go and stayed in the same room. I noticed the forniture in my room were not dusted all the days I stayed there, but other things were well clean. The breakfast should be available starting at 7am, but at least 2 times I arrived there and the warm food was not read and I left without eating it, but there were a lot of other good things available in the breakfast |
