On the pictures this hotel and rooms looks like modern and clean, but when we enter our room, we was really disappointed to see sad and dirty walls with damaged, old furnitures.Never more.

There was a damp smell in the bathroom and it leaked from some point. Eventually the leak was fixed but the smell stayed. There is a thin insulation in the rooms and you can hear all the noises from outside

Rooms are clean, staff is polite, everything was OK.

Everything; starting from the horrible hospital smell at the reception, uncaring receptionist, no internet in the roons and very week signal downstairs. Going in to the room with a very strong eucalyptus smell that turned out to be covering a horrible 'old smell' from the walls and furniture. The bathroom was renewed, however there were ants there. the neighborhood is very noisy at night so we couldn't keep the window open and the ac has a periodical clicking sound. frankly i don't understand how this hotel is rated 4 stars, there are better bed and breakfast we've stayed at than hotel malaposta!

Good location,close to the subway station and to the centre. Breakfast ok.

The hall was very smelly. We booked a double bed room and they gave us a twin one. The girl at the reception said that since it was just one night they thought it was ok. She didn't care at all but she moved us to another room which was fine. Ok for the price but for sure not 3 stars hotel.

It had a nice 'lived-in' feel. One member of staff was very friendly.

Poor organisation of our booking. We booked two nights for two people (on the basis of payment per room not person), but when we arrived the hotel had only one night booked. Upon checking out, we were told of a hidden extra charge for an additional person. We were told there would be a free shuttle service from hotel to airport. There was not one. Furthermore, the receptionist was very unhelpful about booking us a taxi. (another more friendly receptionist later booked us one)

Nice and clean hotel.

Affordable accommodation (50 eur/nite) + close proximity to the center and metro station Aliados as well as a decent breakfast in the morning.

Maybe bathrooms would need a little renovation. Especially bathtubs.

As fotografias presentes no site não corresponde, de todo, às instalações do hotel. O Quarto parecia um quarto de hotel de 2 estrelas, com mobiliário antigo e com decoração que mais parecia uma pensão. Devem mudar as fotografias aqui no site do Booking para corresponder realmente às dos quartos do hotel, pois assim estão a enganar as pessoas.

La ubicación, muy cerca de puntos de interés. Se está tranquilo.

Las fotos engañan. Es un hotel antiguo "reformado" que intenta dar el look. El wifi se estropeó y encima solamente está disponible en recepción. El buffet muy muy escaso. Pocos canales en la TV.

A limpeza dos quartos foi boa. Cafe da manhã estava otimo. Os quartos possuem bom conforto.

O restaurante onde é servido o jantar é muito pequeno e escuro, deveria ser no mesmo lugar onde é servido o café da manhã, e tambem o atendimento do garçom não foi favoravel. A internet nos quartos é paga, considero um abuso.

Im Hotel sollte eine kleine Bar eingerichtet werden damit man am zum Tagesabschluss noch etwas trinken kann

La posizione molto centrale, l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, la colazione di buona qualità, la pulizia della stanza

Gute Lage Nahe des zentralen Bahnhofes Trindade (ca. 40 m) sowie am Rande der Altstadt. Frühstück war recht gut. Verständigung auf englisch ging gut.

Frühstücksraum recht klein und ohne Fenster. Dachterrasse war völlig leer, keine Stühle oder Tische. Probleme mit der Toilettenspülung (Wasser lief sehr sehr langsam nach, ca. 25 min zum Wiederauffüllen) wurden aufgenommen, aber nicht behoben mit dem Argument, es sei eben so, es läuft doch. Und das bei einem Zimmer, das mit drei Personen belegt ist.

Chambre sur rue bruyante. Confiture de qualité médiocre

- Mr. Fernandes portier la nuit très désagréable et mal poli (je ne pense pas que dire "caraï" aux clients fait partie des coutumes locales lorsqu'il faut ouvrir la porte à 04h00).

Atendimento da atendente Joana, que esteve sempre prestativa comigo e com minha esposa.

Chambre confortable. Belle salle de bain. Petit déjeuner copieux avec gâteaux maison.

Mauvaise insonorisation avec le couloir.Pas de wifi dans la chambre. Un peu excentré du centre.
