Mareta Beach Boutique Bed & Breakfast  

We really loved this place! The staff is really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The food was of top quality. Throughout the stay we had the feeling that they are really trying to make us feel good. They succeeded and we can really recommend this place. Job well done.

The only bad thing I have to say is that they didn't have nutella in the breakfast, very important thing for germans, specially my girlfriend ;)

Friendly staff, clean,modern room and bathroom and excellent value.

Breakfast was too like a large chain of business hotels....real coffee would have been better!!!

Lovely views of the sea and the room was bright and comfortable. The staff in the coffee shop and rstaurant which form part of the set up were especially helpful and friendly

There was no hair drier provided and although wifi was available the connection was frustratingly unreliable

Great location,accomodation as described on website.we booked a room with terrace and had the best room,207,great views across the beach and coastline. Paid a bit extra to have the balcony but was worth it.other rooms dont have balcony.staff friendly.bed comfortable,tv with plenty of channels.although strong winds meant satellite going on and off! Bathroom good size. We only stayed 1 night but is simple accomodation for a mini break away. Huge thunderstorm during the night and watching the lightning cracking across the sea was pretty stunning,and a beautiful rainbow shining the following morning! Obviously this is my personal opinion.

The only negative was breakfast, was no buffet, main breakfast room was closed,i assume because low season and only a few guests,but werent told this,still advertised in the lift as normal,reception just said breakfast served in the cafe and so we only had a coffee,orange juice&toasted sandwich and pastel de nata! Was looking forward to a good selection of hot and cold breakfast,one of the reasons we booked the hotel. A big dissapointment.

Clean and modern bedroom and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff.Somewhere we would definately stay again.

There was nothing we didn't like. The breakfast room has no windows, but it is clean, bright , serves its purpose and was not a problem.

Very nice hteel, clean, moderne. Nice style. Friendly staff. Good - but quite simple - brakfast (I love eggs!)

Hotel staff were very helpful, told us how to go about getting surf lessons (which was about 25 paces from hotel). Location close to beach ideal for beach/surf. Excellent Italian restaurant next to hotel. The coffee shop next to that is an ideal stop for snack/coffee/read/relax. Best restaurant is approx. 150 yards away called Mar a' Vista. The fish is excellent and the 2 waiters we saw, who were very cheerful and brilliant at their job advised us on the fish of the day, how it would be cooked and how much it would be.

Nothing I didn't like inparticular, only the picture of having breakfast looking out to sea is deceiving as the breakfast room is on lower ground!

A localização é muito boa, junto à praia e próximo da rua principal de Sagres. Pode.se ir a pé à praia e/ou jantar, sair até aos bares, etc. As funcionárias da recepção foram ambas bastante simpáticas e ajudaram-nos com tudo o que pedimos.

Os cortinados são manifestamente insuficientes para não deixar entrar a luz do dia. àS 8 da manhã já estava o quarto inundado de luz. Nas especificações do hotel mencionavam um "secador de cabelo" que não estava em parte alguma do quarto (também não nos incomodámos a pedi-lo pposteriormente). O hotel em si não tem qualquer tipo de "distrações". O funcionário/gerente (?) que estava por vezes na recepção não partilhava da mesma simpatia das suas colegas, era bastante "seco", para não dizer pior.
