Cleanliness of the apartments. Apartments are large and have cable TV. Found hotel staff to be either indifferent or rude. On arrival ignored by two staff sitting at the desk, had to wait for another staff member to come from the back of the office to deal with us. Staff never refunded deposits for swipe cards to pool area. Charged an extra 20 euros for staying one more night versus the price I paid when I had booked through booking.com.20min walk uphill from beach. |

The apartments were immaculate and the grounds lovely. The pool area was fantastic and the resort was wonderful. |

The appartment was excellent However if you are in blocks 5,6,7,8 or 9 your view from the balcony consists entirely of high rise building work. We where in block 9 and the noise and dust where very intrusive to the point that you could not sit out on the baconey at all |

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The decoration was modern and the facilities were very good. Nice gardening area and pool. The non-existence of a microwave in the apartment. |

The apartments are modern and very nice with a fantastic balcony in front of the pool.The pool is big and the green area surrounding wonderful. |

Spacious, well equipped apartment within a reasonable walking distance of the centre of Lagos. Well maintained complex. A new apartment block is being built immediately in front of the block we stayed in presenting a very un-scenic view from the balcony and noise from 8.30 am. I would have preferred to have been made aware of this at the booking stage although it did not spoil our holiday. |

T3 appartment very big. Block 11 and 12 have great view over river and hills. Very clean and new. Great pool. Some road noise at busy periods but not major. There is a construction site nearby but the main work is done and there was no noise at any time |

Large apartment with washer and dishwasher The apartment looked directly on to a building site, with associated dust, noise etc. Key to underground parking did not work. The apartments are not being kept up to and it was cleaned only 1.5 times over an 8 day period. This is the third time I visited Marina Park and it has gone downhill. |

Very spacious accommodation, well set out with all facilities that we needed. It was very strange that there was no kettle in the apartment, but just take your own. |
