Marina Club Lagos Resort  

The one bedroom apartments were very nice and big and I also enjoyed the Maternity massage that I had at the Spa.

The breakfast was very disappointing, as there was always something that had run out and the staff took extremely long to replace it. This happened on every day we were there, so it got very annoying. Also, the wi-fi did not work properly, as we were not able to connect to the internet in either of our 2 rooms. The signal kept fluctuating and disconnecting after 1 or 2 minutes.

It was in an excellent location. The appartment hd real beds. It was quiet at night. Everything was spotless.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable with excellent modern design. Because it was off season, they offered huge discount. The staff was friendly and courteous. It is close to the old town of Lagos, and it was pleasant to walk to the downtown. It was about 10 minutes' walk to the downtown by marina.

Apartment accomodation was excellant and staff were friendly and helpful. While hotel was almost empty as end of season all facilities were still available.

The hotel was excellent: very well furnished and comfortable. The staff were exremely helpful, printed off boarding passes for us and gave us a packed breakfast as we were leaving early. We also got a room upgrade.

This is the best seaside hotel we stayed in so far. The rooms are modern, spacious, freshly refurbushed and absolutely clean - one have to admit that the combination of these qualities is seldom met in seaside hotels. Kitchen was full of utencils and pottery, all good quality. The bathroom amenities were from Yves Roche. The terrace (we had marina view) was also great! We consider the location excellent - good compromise if you want to stay both close to the historic center and the sea. It's about five minutes walk to the town over the bridge and 10 minutes walk to the beach. It is also in immediate proximity to the train station.

The breakfast was nice, but limited in choice and never updated (at least not during our stay). It's also not quite easy to find the right entrance from the first time - so make good map research at home and kepp cool while looking for it.

Very clean and staff very helpful

On the 1st day one of the staff removed our towels from the beds whilist we away for 30 mins as not supposed to use towels from the room which we were unaware of, could of explained first rather than lose our beds. To be fair after I explained and questioned him he did go and find us other beds so not a big problem

Location and facilities are second to none.

Reception staff were slow and grumpy

One of the nicest places ive ever been to. Room fantastic with the most lovely views. Whole area wonderful, been to portugal over 10 years and will deff come back here, the hotel plus the ;location makes for a really lovely holiday thats relaxed, quiet but not too quiet and family orientated

Bar closed at midnight, and would have liked to open a little later.

A spacious hotel, situated within a five minutes walk from the train station (the google map gives a misleading information about the entrance). A 15 minutes walk to the city centre. Tea making facilities. Good beds. The apartment offers a kitchen.

The breakfast starts too late (8 hours).
