la possibilità di raggiungere il mare a piedi (circa 10 minuti) colazione , servizi e camera non rapportabile al costo (150 euro al giorno). la settimana precedente ho soggiornato in due hotel della Novotel (Lisbona e Porto) 4 e 3 stelle dove il livello era superiore e il costo circa la metà |

Lo staff è molto disponibile e l'albergo nel complesso è di buona qualità. Le camere sono spaziose e luminose e la cucina apprezzabile. |

Staff cordiale, mai invadente non c'e' la possibilità di vedere canali di lingua italiana (benchè ci sia tv satellite), costo di internet troppo caro. |

I stay here every month on business. Friendly staff. nice beach view. quiet. Breakfasts has declined considerable on this trip compared to previous. 1 year ago breakfasts were of a 4 star standard with plently of choise. On this trip in the two days I wad there the choises were very limited and many items one would expect for a 4 star breakfast missing???? This was a breakfast buffet I would expect in a 3 star hotel at the highest. Im sure its been blamed on the 'economic crisis' |

Excellent size room with large terrace and comfortable double bed and spacious bathroom. Cleaning staff did not wash cups and glasses in our room, we had to do that ourselves.Breakfast was not up to 4 star standard. Choice of meals for half-board was limited, unless you like like fish. |

The staff were very pleasant & helpful on reception.Nice area with beautiful beach not too far away. Very noisy at pool area because of nearby building.Lack of entertainment in the evenings.Rooms are not soundproof as given to believe on website.Could not get air conditioning unit to work. |

Quiet location, easy walk down to the spectacular beaches, 5 minutes from Albufeira, good food, very pleasant staff, nice pools indoor and outdoor. I would stay again if I re-visited the area and would recommend it to my friends. Be careful you do not 'bottom' the car at the entry to the Hotel if the car is full of luggage and passengers...(the kerb is high). |

The hotel was very quit and clean. The personnel tried always to help us with the usual small problems. The price was ok and the breakfast, even if not exagerat was good and with some very nice solutions. The closest beachs were amazing! The restaurant had not the same quality level as the hotel. |

Staff very helpful. Informal atmosphere. Swimming pools. Location close to beach. Rooms and balconies large.Not crowded and quiet. Lovely sea views. |

This is a very comfortable hotel with helpful staff and good facilities. It is perfect for those who want to chill out at the pool or beach. The hotel is a little remote from other activities (except beach and pool). If you have a car this is not a problem and there are buses and taxis readily available for the 5 km ride to Albufiera |

We went here just to relax and it was perfect for that! Friendly staff, lovely pool, nice room, and great breakfast! Less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach (and it's not a massive hill - don't know who wrote that)! There is only one little mini-market around, but about 20-25 minutes walk to the marina where there is a bit more happening. Perfect for what we wanted but some might find it a little far away from the hustle and bustle of town! |

The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are clean. I was not at this hotel long, as I had to cut my stay very short. I did observe however, that the hotel seriously lacks visual appeal. It is very outdated. |

The view of the sea was lovely. The beach was beautiful. The air conditioning did not work and was blowing out hot air even though it was set at the correct temperature. A camp bed was set up for my 6 year old son, instead of a comfortable bed. There were two single beds and eventually one camp bed, which should have been one double bed and one single bed. |

Quiet with no buildings directly in front of it, clean and did not have facilities to encourage lots of children. Enjoyed the birds in the vegetation. Air con not on in restaurant when it was quite warm and the publicity does not detail the length of the downhill/uphill walk from the beach. It appears that the beach is much closer. Construction noise. |
