Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Verzorgde zwembaden, comfortabele kamer, prima ligging kort bij zee/strand en centraal gelegen voor het maken van uitstappen in de Algarve. Wij waren zeer tevreden over het verblijf. Indien er iets zou kunnen verbeteren, dan zou het binnenzwembad wat later moeten open blijven (tot 22 uur bijvoorbeeld ipv tot 20 uur). |

de ligging, het personeel, de aanwezigheid van een binnenzwembad, goede bedden... we hadden twee dagen geboekt en zijn er vijf gebleven enkel de eetzaal vonden wij minder aangenaam: een sous-sol en weinig aantrekkelijk kader . De lavabo in de badkamer was ook niet altijd even proper gepoetst |

Friendly staff everywhere in the hotel which is unique in my experiance of staying in hotels (over 100 nights per year). Breakfast is good and nice to have it out on the terrice. This hotel even when fully booked seems empty and one Yes there are other hotels with more stars in the area but I would say that after staying in most of them in this area this is the most welcoming and relaxing hotel. time went too fast :0) |

It was in a nice location outside of Albufeira near the Marina and there were some lovely beaches nearby 1. There was quite a lot of dog barking during the night from nearby houses. 2. The hotel would not let you use the gym unless you had a certificate with you saying you knew how to use the equipment. 3. The hotel wanted to charge €10 per hour to use the tennis court which we assumed would be free. 3. You had to ask reception for soap,shower gel etc (not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. |

The hotel location was generally good with beaches in easy walking distance. Restaurant and staff excellent. Although the hotel staff made every effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible there were some issues: [1]. Room location being West facing only provided the minimum sea view at right angles to the balcony. [2]. Room facilities were a lower standard than expected for 4* rating when compared with e.g. Crowne Plaza/ Marriot Group. [3]. Standard of decoration/ maintenance below expectations. |

The receptionists were very helpful, Espically one guy who's name I did'nt catch. but they were helpful at all times and some of the best I have experianced and I stay in hotels for business every week. While this Hotel was to a high standard I would say its a good 3 star not a 4 star. Breakfast was fresh but very basic (For a 4 star) The Guy behind the Bar was the complete opposite of the Receptionist. I was there three nights and all three nights when I ordered a coffee I felt like I was asking for something very inconveniant for him and he was not happy to serve me. Although with the elderly guests (around his own age) he was friendly and jokey) Internet connection only worked in the reception :0( |

Access to nearby beach & short drive to the center of Albufeira. Yes. Being a four star hotel, I was surprised that there was no kettle or making tea / coffee facilities in the room. |

our room was not cleaned one night wet towels were still lying over bath whch we had to dry overnight and bed not made properly. |
