Free internet, #1!! Also, extremely friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, adequately sized room, fair price and my room made up within an hour when I left and came back. Very important since I needed to work in the room. The only negative was the horrible disinfectant smell in the hallways (not in the room). It was really nauseating, you should change it. |

Clean and modern rooms, but decorated in a way to give a warm feel. Hotel staff very helpful, food and service in the restaurant was of a high standard. The hotel is right by a metro stop and close to the tour buses, as well general bus stops, should you find the 10-15 stroll to the main areas too much. Slight amount of traffic noise but it is on one of the main roads so this is only to be expected. |

Centrally located hotel with polite and friendly staff. Modern and quite classy interior, if rather international in style. Very good breakfast included. The bar was quite expensive, we thought, and the internet connection in our room did not work for some reason. |

Rooms appeared to be newly decorated or recently renovated. The hallway even came with that 'new car smell'.. Location is good without being exactly in the old city center. Has a subway entrance across the street. Rooms were small but tidy, with an excellent bathroom (good amounts of hot, flowing water, decent size bath). Furniture was all new and rather stylish. Breakfast was a bit poor, as was the location for it. Many pasteleria's across the street, though. |

The staff were very helpful and the atmosphere was pleasant. The room was well looked after. The breakfast was a bit dull and always the same. There were never any vegetables. A tomato would have been a good idea. |

I really loved the staff and facilites at this hotel. Reception and cleaning staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. On a number of occasions they helped us find good restaurants in the area and also helped us to find our way around. The room was spotless and the bathroom facilities excellent. The only reason I marked value for money as fair is because for us the Euro is very... The breakfasts were good but I would say the temperature of the hot food was poor. I do not like luke warm scrambled eggs or cold bacon. Also the plates were not cleared away as quickly as I would have liked. |

The staff were most helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very clean and nice room. Lovely bar but nobody in it - I suppose it was time of year - March. Very good buffet breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and could not fault this hotel at all. |
