Le personnel de la réception est particulièrement efficace pour les conseils et les réservations , soirée-fado par exemple . Délicieux petit- dej avec un choix énorme , pour toutes les cultures !L'hôtel est un peu loin des superbes vieux quartiers de l'ALFAMA mais on se débrouille autrement, taxis abordables et disponibles jour et nuit , arrêt de bus proche. A recommander! |

Situation idéale quand on loue une voiture puique partout dans Lisbonne la signalétique vous indique la place Marques de Pombal, et que le stationnement entre 18h et 10h30 est aisé gratuitement dans les rues situées derrière l'hotel. La literie est parfaite. La salle de petit déjeuner, agréable mais en sous-sol. |

The staff were very helpful and the atmosphere was pleasant. The room was well looked after. The breakfast was a bit dull and always the same. There were never any vegetables. A tomato would have been a good idea. |

I really loved the staff and facilites at this hotel. Reception and cleaning staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. On a number of occasions they helped us find good restaurants in the area and also helped us to find our way around. The room was spotless and the bathroom facilities excellent. The only reason I marked value for money as fair is because for us the Euro is very... The breakfasts were good but I would say the temperature of the hot food was poor. I do not like luke warm scrambled eggs or cold bacon. Also the plates were not cleared away as quickly as I would have liked. |

The staff were most helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very clean and nice room. Lovely bar but nobody in it - I suppose it was time of year - March. Very good buffet breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and could not fault this hotel at all. |

Rooms were fairly spacious, nice bathrooms (good attention to detail there), beds not great but ok, windows can be opened, or you can use air con that actually works! so quite comfortable (though needed extra pillows), good soundproofing, excellent location, helpful staff (but not all of them...) Yes. The staff at breakfast were extremely grumpy and the breakfast itself was not what you would expect for the price. Scrambled eggs come with egg juice! and the "sausages" were rock solid |

Wonderful staff, they helped with everything. Our flight was in the evening, so we had to leave the suitcases in the hotel. This was no problem at all, they kept them save. We could even take shower before going to the airport. Great hotel! |
