Hotel was very modern. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The original room had issues with the internet and TV so that quickly moved me with no hassles to another room.
It was a little out of the way. About a 30 minute walk to the city centre. I booked 2 nights which logic would dictate included 2 breakfasts. I was shocked when the server told me that I was not entitled to my second breakfast as I already begun eating. I didn't argue, just paid the outrageous 15 euros, picked up my bags and left.
The crew is very low and the breakfast is really so so. The spa and gym cost extra money.
i liked everything... its amazing hotel in every detail
The spa, the beds, the decor, the staff, the gin tonics in large round glasses.
The hot buffet breakfast food was lukewarm and the plates for that food were cold. That is the only thing I did not like.
Very comfortable, modern, wi-fi worked very well, plenty of free parking space
Now hotels have the tendency of doing open bathrooms. The room was big enough to allow some privacy, the WC was not facing the bed directly. it had a sliding door to close the WC, however not from ceiling to floor, which does break the privacy, as we could still hear everything. I would still recommend this hotel, as it's very good, however this modern tendency is a little bit odd, I'd say.
Comfort Spaciousness Modern
Good dinner buffet, nice pool, nice staff.
Long queues at breakfast time. The hotel is not ready to properly provide breakfasts when it’s full. This needs to be reviewed as soon as possible.
the tub in the room.
For spa hotel they make you pay extra to use the hot tub and indoor pool. Location was to far out of main city needed to take cabs often.
Hotel is good, new and comfortable, and some of the staff try it very hard. Location is good, easy to find.
Location: - In between of to highways. The noise in the swimmin pools is stressfull Cleanliness: - Overflows of outdoor pools were dirty. Minor issue for adult, but important when travelling with babies. Facilities. - It seems that the Hotel has a place for children at 12th, but nobody didn't inform us about that place until the check-out time - Children area in the cafe lounge is not secure: many cables pending from children's TV - The lights system in the room sudently started to flash at Saturday 3.AM. We were shocked. We decided to disconect the electricity in the room. We informed reception staff and somebody came to fix it, but it looks like this "issue" is quite normal. - The extra bed is a sofa really uncomfortable Staff: - Good in general but very slow: when you order just hamburger in the cafe lounge, you don't expect to wait 45 minutes, or 30 minutes for a salad.
A Smoking Room A pricy breakfast for Portugal
The rooms are lovely and an inspired use of space. Cool design and comfort especially at this price. Loved the pool but they need more sin loungers
Breakfast is below the standard of everything else
Size of rooms, swimming pool and SPA, food and breakfast, good value for money. Nice area outside the hotel with the swimming pool.
A bit outside the city center. People in the swimming pool bar was not very experienced...and things was slow there.
The staff is helpful.
Design of the rooms: there is no physical separation between bathroom and bedroom. Sink may be look fancy but is not functional.
Very new hotel, well equipped, lots of designer touches in room and lobby, good gym/pool/outdoor pool etc, helpful and efficient staff, good breakfast buffet
"Open plan" bathroom not to everyone's taste; location off a busy main road in the outskirts is not very inspiring
I was attending a conference at the University, so for me the location was perfect, but tourists might prefer a hotel closer to the town center.
The design, is very modern.
* The rooms are not isolated. You can hear ALL the noise. * Had to shower with cold water because the hot water wasn't working properly * The charged me wrong and gave me another receipt * Doesn't have an iron or an electric coffee maker
nice design helpful staff quiet rooms
Excellent rooms, facilities and staff.
Room service food poor, insufficient sun beds around pool
Great room, fantastic bed and bathroom. Crisp lobby. Not in the city centre, but still a good location to explore Braga and Bom Jesus.
Lighting system in room is a bit over designed. Can't think of anything else to complain about.
Strange location for a hotel, didn't like the open bathroom or electrical switches.
Quality of coffee at breakfast
Great service and nice standard rooms
Location is not on walking distance to the center. The pool looks beautiful on the pictures but is in reality next to a busy road so not really a tranquil experience. The breakfast is good but not exceptional. You might enjoy a breakfast at a Portuguese bakery much more.
Everything from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out
Great spa & gym facilities. Staff always smiling/happy outlook & very willing to help. Clean modern decor, great on-site restaurant/bar, up-to-date internet/wi-fi network.
It is very gloomy in the room and not so comfortable in this way
