I don't like two bed rooms and they didn't have any room available with marriage bed.

The architecture was really nice. Even the rooms were very confortable. Everything was very elegant.

Receptionist very helpful, friendly greeting, they noticed on my husbands passport it was his birthday on arrival, at 6.30 there was a bottle of champagne sent up to our room with some local delicious courtesy of the hotel.

just one thing, the maid did not make our room up till rather late in the afternoon, which meant we missed our afternoon nap, but after reporting it to the housekeeper it was rectified

Good, modern, new hotel with a clean, bright room. Breakfast buffet expensive but great choice of tasty food, especially pastry. Really good service in the restaurant. No English speaking channels on TV which was a bit of a pity. We had a room for smokers because my partner smokes, I don't and I didn't feel the smell of smoke inside. Location was good, room quiet, spacious, view very nice. Airco worked very well.

It may be a bit difficult to find the hotel because the street is new and not all the GPS's or even Google maps can find it. Internet access in the lobby wasn't working and we were still charged for it. Biggest problem was the bed mattress - we kept waking up at night and didn't feel too rested in the morning. Spa teatments and massages turned out to be too expensive for us, to pay even 100€ for a massage is too much I think. The hotel is quite busy, there can be weddings or business conferences, it didn't bother us but some people might prefer a boutique hotel.

The location and the design of the hotel are great!

We are non smokers and they gave us a room for smokers, we hated the smell of the room. On the ckeckout we talked about that with one of the employees and there was not a simple sorry, insted, we've heard "it happens!". I really hated this stay...

A forma simpática como fui trartado, tanto na recepção, como no restaurante e pessoal de limpeza.

het hotel heeft alle comfort en ook de service (receptie, onderhoud, ontbijt, wifi, ...) was tiptop in orde. dit was een goede oplossing voor een bezoek aan onze studerende dochter in aveiro, maar wij hebben intussen ook coimbra en porto bezocht. hopelijk zijn de andere hotels van dezelfde keten ook zo goed, dan weten wij die ook te vinden.

O comando da porta da garagem a meio da rampa de saída é de dificil acesso. Devia estar antes da subída e mais acessível.

A excelente localização (mesmo junto do centro de congressos e do centro da cidade - 5 min a pé); extraordinária simpatia dos funcionários;

Fiquei num quarto com comunicação com ouro quarto, resultado: ouvia-se tudo, mesmo tudo do quarto ao lado. Para quem quer descansar, dormir não é muito bom. O quarto em si também não tem boa insonorização, pois ouvia-se bastante barulho do outro quarto ao lado (pessoas a falar...)
