Friendly staff, historic building, great breakfast and restaurant. Rooms in the new wing are not of the same quality and ambience of the rest of the hotel. |

sumptuous hotel, but note that it is not cheap. some minor maintenance required to the room when we stayed there, but that is not uncommon. |

The hotel is located in a remote area, I don't think distances quoted are quite corret. We did not get accommodation we had booked (one was supposed to be a suite in the new wing, but as we were told upon arrival that the hotel was fully booked, we did not want to create a fuss. Breakfast was rather meagre considering, as hotel room quotes, they usually charge Euros 20. Following incorrect instructions upon departure on how to get to motorway delayed us considerably. |

This is a wery nice and elegant hotel. Everything is beautiful! It's one of the best hotel were I have been. Amaizing panorama from the restaurant. Nice and small city. Clean rooms and frendly staff. Very elegant. Very-very difficult to find it. If you follow the "Hotel" sign in the city You'll arrive a narrow street. Before you turn left or right in "Castelo" Look right! That's a hotel. No real sign. Coimbra is a bit far from there. Approx. 30-45 min. drive. (32km) |

Localização, do edifício, decoração do hotel e conforto do quarto. O pequeno almoço foi servido no bar alegadamente porque não havia ocupação suficiente para servir no restaurante, contudo houve espera por mesas e era bastante apertado, logo discordo do argumento. A variedade também deixa um pouco a desejar tendo em conta que é um hotel de quatro estrelas. Dei conta destes factos na recepção. |

Prachtig hotel met heel veel charme zonder dat er aan modern comfort moet ingeboet worden. De stoofpot van pata negra was heerlijk. Het dorpje Lousa ademt vergane glorie uit. Portugezen houden blijkbaar van vuurtje stook. |

El edificio y el entorno eran preciosos, aunque la habitación necesitaba una mano de pintura y un poco más de esmero en la limpieza. Elegí el hotel para pasar una noche en Coimbra y porque me dio garantía el que fuera de la cadena Meliá y resultó estar a 26 km. por una carretera con curvas. Me llevé un disgusto y me sentí un poco estafada porque al reservar no encontré esa información. Pero el sitio era muy bonito y aproveché la oportunidad de conocer una zona nueva, tranquila y muy bonita. Desde luego no para visitar Coimbra. |

Acogedor, ideal para familias con niños sobre todo con buen tiempo para poder disfrutar de la piscina, los jardines y los columpios. Es un palacio precioso donde los niños son bien recibidos. Dispone de billar, futbolín y tenis de mesa, lo cual incrementa su atractivo para los chavales. Muy bien ubicado cerca de la sierra de Lousa, la visita al castillo y a las aldeas de la serranía hacen que sea un destino muy apetecible para un fin de semana. |

Hotel tranquilo situado dentro de la tranquila poblacion de Lousa. El restaurante es muy apetecible pero cerca del hotel, a 50 mt, hay un pequeño bar restaurante tipico de la zona donde dan buenas comidas tipicas de la zona. (Bar Tapas) Todo perfecto. |
