The worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. It is much more dirty than the hotel with only one star. The room is very dirty. There is lots of dust on the toilet. The hotel and the room looks very very old. The water was dripping all the time from the tap. No matter what you touched, it fell down. I can not understand this is a 3-star hotel. |

The hotel room was old and not very clean: the carpet was dusty and stained and we found lots of hairs on the shelf in the bathroom. |

When we booked the hotel it looked promising but we were, at the end, very dissapointed. Room was very dirty, cobweb on the ceiling, linens had holes, there was no hairdryer, bath-tab looked like it was "peeling off" etc. |

Hotel en kamer zien er netjes uit. Personeel aanwezig in de ochtend was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Personeel aanwezig in de middag/avond was niet vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Spraken alleen Portugees en bleven dit praten ondanks verscheidene malen aangegeven te hebben dit niet te verstaan. |
