Good location, a short walk to the city center and to the shopping street (Rua de Santa Catarina). There's a supermarket opposite the hotel.

There's very cold everywhere in the hotel! You can find a heater in the room, but it's very noisy. Breakfast is poor; only bread, croissants, cheese, ham, cornflakes, coffee, tea and juice.

Without heat in the room, the water infiltrated into the carpet, tiny tv, should be excluded from booking.com circuit. I do not recommend this hostel to anyone

Really near to the city centre. The staff is very kind and they offer you a little breakfast.

You don't have wi-fi internet all over the hotel, but only in the hall. The rooms are not really like you see them in the pictures and they are not warm.

Location, close to the city center, but still far enough for the hotel to be very quiet. Common areas were very nice and inviting.

Room cleanliness was weak. Although the area of the room was above average, the equipment was quite bellow. The bed was uncomfortable due to it having a plastic cover bellow the sheets.

The personnel at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a bit rustic, but sufficient. If you want to take a metro take the 24 agusto campo, cause the road from bolhao to the hotel is considerably steep. We don't recommend walking uphill with a lot of heavy luggage. Downhill is another story, cause from that side it's an easy walk to the centre of Porto. Across the street there is a mini supermarket and the greengrocer. Our bathroom was a bit outdated and leaking, but what do you expect for the price. The housekeeping doesn't speak much english, but they are very nice and attentive. So use hands and feet and they will figure it out. We wish you a nice stay in Porto, beautiful city.

Good airconditioning. Good location; 5min walk from the metro, 10min from the Ribeira. Free safe.

Unfriendly personel. Small rooms with leaking taps. The place looks like it was very fancy 20 years ago, after which there haven't been any investments whatsoever. Example: during our stay, the toilet seat broke from old age. Relative to other hotels in Portugal, this one's definately overpriced for what you get.

I liked the personnel, room was very good, so was the location. I did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on it. I believe that the price/quality ratio is very good, especially compared to other hotel options in Porto. Surely to be recommended.
