The location is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. Nice size of bathroom with shining tiles. It's not clean as I expected. I saw there were rubbish under my bed and obviously the cleaner didnt fully clean and vaccum the room. Also, it only gave us shower gel and shampoo once while we stayed there for 3 nites. In additional, I did send the email to hotel for confirmation of my booking, I recieved it in the following day. However, when i sent another email to inquiry about cancellation for one of the rooms i booked, I didn't get any reply even i sent them several emails. Their ignorance is very disappointing. |

Well located for City and the tourist - especially the Trams, City bus tours and the riverside port caves. Reception staff excellant Cramped rooms with few facilities - bar and bar staff poor - didn't feel like good value for money |

Location and staff. It is directly beside the rail station. Consequently ensure that you get a room on the opposite side of the hotel. Otherwise you will be disturbed constantly from 6 am by station announcements. Also beware of the "parking attendants" on the street who can be quite intimidating. Basically, tell them to get lost and they will go to find a more willing target. |

We arrived by bus, so it was convenient the hotel is close to the bus terminal. My daughter got lots of bugbites during the night... Other than that, I think it's a nice hotel. |

It's an "average hotel".... You find a comfortable and clean room in the City Centre for a budget price. Not a hotel to enjoy but a good place to sleep for a few days. Nothing went wrong. Average hotel... You dont love it but you dont hate it. If I would come back to Porto, would stay closer to the river instead of choosing the city centre. |

The location was excellent, with nice view over the city also. The breakfast is ok, not such a big selection but the hot buffet and the cold are both nice and of quality. Could have more juices and local viennoiseries. The staff where for the most very helpful and nice. The lobby has a nice setting, but the reception area is terribly outdated. I was terribly disappointed to find out that they had no tootbrushes and toothpaste; I was instead directed to a night shop closeby. The bathroom is not very nice. |

Its location and breakfast. You can walk to all major touristic attractions (cathedral, river, restaurants, shops, museums,...) The room was rather small. There was hardley any space left to keep an opened suitcase on the floor. The rooms were more or less outdated. The interior is old fashioned. |
