日本語を話せるスタッフがいるときがある。 ホテルを出てすぐ左側の駅への近道はドラッグマンの道だから行かないように、と到着してすぐにスタッフに言われた。 |

フロントに日本語のできるスタッフが居た。ロケーションは観光に便利なバターリャ広場に面しているが、駅の近くなので少し治安に気をつけないといけない雰囲気だった。 部屋が狭かった。 |

very helpful friendly staff, had a problem with our room to start and the staff dealt with this to our satisfaction in a very friendly professional way. the room was very clean and comfortable. the location was great (everything within a walk or short tram journey). I would have no problem recommending this hotel for a stay in Porto. |

Close to centre of town and very clean comfortable beds As cap park space is minimal, we had to park briefly outside hotel and got approached by a few homeless people wanting money for helping you find a space. Some small change made them happy and this first impression you get should not spoil your stay. We would go back. Views not that great either |

The hotel was very clean and nice. The rooms and bathrooms were great! There were great restaurants and transportation right by hotel. Price for breakfast said it was 8.50 online but they charge you 9, not a big deal, but still. |

Good, clean hotel, excellent location for visiting the city, amazing views. Only downside is that it is very close to the main station, and you could hear the announcments in our room. But it didn't seem to bother anyone in our group. |
