Hotel Mercure Lisboa  

The location of the hotel was so close to the metro station. It was only 10 minutes to reach to the heart of the city. The breakfast was so good. Rooms were so large and clean.

Friendly staff, good food, nice swimming pool on a roof. Close to the tube station and zoo.

Noisy guys in another room.

Friendly staff, clean rooms with all needed facilities. Nice location for car travellers and also just 5 walk minutes from metro (by metro: 10-15 min to center, 30 min to airport).

Airport is too near! Aircrafts all day and half of night!!! Too noise.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Well located as it is just a short walk to the nearest Metro station on the blue line which gets you directly to the old town quickly.

Small rooms (as is common for this chain of hotels) and not many restaurants or shops around the hotel if arriving late.

the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. the pool was a big plus, as was the free wifi in the rooms.

the location is in a bit of a nowhere zone. you have to go into town if you want to do anything, you cant walk from the hotel

One of the best Hotels i have been for the last 20 years, the staff was super friendly , the room was very good value for money, clean,sound proof and spacious, reception staff was super friendly , we had dinner room service and the service was 5 star and the food was amazing....I would recomend this Mercure hotel to all my friends . Location is good with transports 5 minutes walking from the hotel, nice bar and restaurant...5 star for the price of 4... Congratulations mercure .

Lovely clean spacious room, nice (though small!) swimming pool. We were made very welcome. Would definitely stay again.

the shower glass/curtian was not very effective in keepin water inside the shower area. So after shower everything got wet including the bathroom floor which made it quite slippery.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom excellent. Free wifi in room was easy to use, fast and very reliable. Great hotel in the Sete Rios area.

The swimming pool was a bonus. We got back late from a trip and went to the bar area which was very comfortable but the bar had closed early. Not very good! Overall though the hotel was very good.
