Very close to the Gaia harbour; convenient if you go on a Douro boat trip early morning. Free acess to internet. Located side by side with a big shopping mall, with great cinemas. we where given a non-smoking room, as requested, but the smell of smoke was impregnated all over. |

it is easy to find if you are traveking by car becouse it is close to the main highway, you always have a place to park your car. It is close to one of the biggest shoppings in Porto as well. Even when it is close to the highway you cant hear no noise from it. It is not easy to get to the Porto city centre by public transportation, but taxi costs around 7 euro so it is not that bad. |

Price/Quality I made reservation for 6 rooms and all rooms were already paid for with my card which was not the agreement and not inline with booking.com policies I think |

Please be very careful. The Credit Card used on the booking process is the one thatt must be used to pay the Hotel. This situation has generated an issue we were not expecting. |

free internet in lobby, spacious room, shopping centre is just a few steps away. Free parking facility in front of the hotel. City centre is 5 minutes by car. |

Location, friendly staff, good restaurant Somewhat difficult to get there if you don't know,the reception is in the back of the building.To get a second chance after you pass the right spot... well, it's a really big turn to get there after! The bathroom is enormous with plenty of unused space.A/C,even switched off,made a lot of noise.Soundproofing is bad.Credit card transaction in the reservation,a first time to me! |

Modern spacious and comfortable room. Location is a negative as a holiday base as distinct from business or if you have a car. Nothing much around the immediate hotel area unless you want to shop. |
