The rooms which face Boavista av. are a little noicy because of a busy trafic on that street.

The entire staff from parking attendant to the cleaning staff everyone
was helpful and on top of everything. The room service was absolutely
fantastic! The meal was in such a great presentation and very tasty! My
personal best experience was the clearning staff. They were so helpful
to me, as I had a Maltese Dog, and they understsood how important it was
for me to be sure she was happy.

las habitaciones perfectas, son de un cinco estrellas sin duda

no hay piscina ni spa en el hotel, tienen contratado un servicio con un gymnasio y en una piscina cubierta, eso le quita estrellas

Foi um pernoite. O restaurante tem uma comida portuguesa fantástica. O Chef nos atendeu pessoalmente e as recomendacoes superaram nossas expectativas.

Duas sugestões: não cobrar pela Internet (acho que um hotel desse nível não precisa cobrar cinco euros por 15 min de internet, esse serviço já é uma "commodity" em hotéis de 2, 3 e 4 estrelas) e cobrar menos pelo estacionamento.

El personal 10 puntos. La habitación muy buena

Los servicios de piscina y spa no están en el hotel. Los precios de los servicios son desorbitados (minibar, desayuno, carta, internet, etc).
