ホテルのスタッフ（フロント、ベルボーイ、バーのスタッフ等）の対応が非常に良かった。 街まで少し遠く、バスで15分くらいかかった。バス停はホテルの目の前で便利だったが、帰りのバスは21時代で終わってしまうので結局taxiを利用した。 |

It is not a five star hotel definetely. We beleived that it would be the same with tiara hotel in Lisbon. No it is not. It really need renovation and the rooms are much smaller |

The hotel room was clean and spacious. for a 5* hotel there was no swimming pool nor was there a balcony to relax on . It felt very confined. |
