This hotel was top quality. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the pillows on the bed were the comfiest I have ever had. |

It is not a five star hotel definetely. We beleived that it would be the same with tiara hotel in Lisbon. No it is not. It really need renovation and the rooms are much smaller |

The hotel room was clean and spacious. for a 5* hotel there was no swimming pool nor was there a balcony to relax on . It felt very confined. |

The entire staff from parking attendant to the cleaning staff everyone was helpful and on top of everything. The room service was absolutely fantastic! The meal was in such a great presentation and very tasty! My personal best experience was the clearning staff. They were so helpful to me, as I had a Maltese Dog, and they understsood how important it was for me to be sure she was happy. |
