Good locaction, price. Room clean and cheap, but without window. The man from the reception was in strange mood (probably drunk), it was difficult to find him in the morning, so we had no breakfast (which was included). For me place only for one night. |

Tragedy... Absolutly nothing. I didint expect that it would happen - There wasnt window in the room. This place was awuful - like a black dreem. |

It is in the city centre, everything is very close. At night it was imposible to go directly to sleep, we had to look for the receptionist everynight and his mood wasn´t always the best. My room did not have windows either. |

During my holidays in this guesthouse I liked the way the persons talked to me and inform me about everything. Everytime that I need something I had somebody to help me. The guesthouse all the time was being cleaned. The recepcionist was very nice. Very good location...I recommend it. I have nothing to suggest because I liked everything. |

Very quiet but very close to marina, old town, shopping and public transport. Reception staff very helpful. Excellent Cleanliness. |

Location was good thou on a shady street. Nothing disappeared from the room so i guess staff was trustable... If you are youth/backpacking this might be a place to stay if you don´t demand so much of your stay. Location was good thou on a shady street that did´n at all match the pictures. Beds was really hard and unpleasant. This place could aswell skip its so called breakfast but I guess its a way to get more payed. There are way better alternatives and I would not recomend it. |

very freindly when we arrived ,very portugal ,nice view of the old town in faro from window ,quite clean room with breakfast included...quite near the marina and shops and bars.... The en-suite toilet was in a poor-state ,door would not lock,toilet seat fell off..+needed better air con..... |

One of the staff was very helpful and friendly. The other two people I encountered were not helpful or friendly at all. They kept the front door locked and did not provide a key. There also was not always someone there to open it. Also, they said breakfast was included but It was only coffee and bread. The walls and doors are very thin an you can hear everything that goes on in the hotel. Sometimes at night one of the staff would have the TV on loudly. The bathroom was never clean and there was urine on the tolet |

nothing much just a basic room only. Not as described. Only stay if on very low budget plan. But handy location only. Breakfast very poor also. |

Close to center No bathroom in room - shared in hallway. All not so clean. Foom leaked - they did offer new room but we didn't feel like changing as it meant hassle of getting settled in again and we had small child. |
