Service was fantastic, excellent breakfast and a good location near the business center of Lisbon. Near the airport, so you can hear some noice until 11pm |

very very friendly staff; very nice breakfast; quiet. When I ordered taxi in advance, I believe that the taxi was not ordered - anyway, taxi was not there; however, it may well be the taxi company's fault. Some staff at reception spoke very poor English. Location is not that convenient. Maybe you should add on your web page some instructions of how to get there from metro. |

Excellent and fast check-in. Large room, I chose the suite. Reasonably priced Internet that was quite fast. The restaurant felt very cafeteria-like. Very little personal attention there. The bar area provided much greater attention and ambiance. |

Everyone could speak English. Speedy check-in. Close to airport. Traffic was bad and took 30 minutes to get from airport and only 10 minutes to return to airport the next morning. Location was not ideal. No restaurants or shopping close by. |

Being near to the airtport, although it is almost impossible to find it in your own! Dirty room (bathtub and room itself); too much noise of airplanes (I could not believe it, for a so called 4 styar hotel it is a joke...); Lack of a good shower |
