helpful friendly staff Toilet didn't flush until I mended it . T.V didn't work .I found this out late at night so didn't bother .Disappointing though

The reception service good. The bar service and snacks are good. The breakfast buffet is mostly good. The dinner buffet is pretty good when it's available, certainly better than the a la carte. The hotel is ideally located for Zoo (which is the nearest metro) and main Lisbon Santa Maria hospital. At breakast the hot water for tea is always tepid, it needs to be boiled before putting it into the warmer/heater. Orange juice is watery and doesn't taste like pure juice at all. At dinner the al la carte is low quality. The piano in the bar is too loud, just needs to turn down the amplifier a tad.

Very handy for Santa Maria, water not hot for tea in the morning. Buffet only dinner service in restaurant, internet very slow to login for connection and not a secure connection

It was nice and clean, the stuff were doing their best to help, although their English was not so good. Unlike the most hotels of its level and below, Sana Metropolitan didn't provide free wi-fi.

Business package included WiFi in the room, and Parking. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Perfect location for the hospital. For our second stay here, once again the restaurant did not offer "a la carte" and only offered a buffet. Couldn't get the air conditioning to produce any cool air. Just seemed to circulate the existing temperature.

Not the best location for proximity to Metro and town centre, but very friendly staff, well organised hotel, and particularly clean, both rooms and public areas. Food fine, and generous breakfast. If you have to get on with your own work while staying there, you have all you need in the hotel. One snag, and same goes for most hotels, chairs and table in room are not designed as work benches for laptops, however the bar downstairs was a peaceful place to work, and good bar service. Location, chairs and table in room not designed for working on lap-top.

Mi-a placut totul. Lisabona si imprejurimile sunt foarte frumoase. Doresc sa ma reintorc in Portugalia. Nu a fost nimic care sa ma tulbure si/sau sa imi provoace neplaceri.

O Hotel é eficiente de um modo geral. Opções de refeição e passeios. Não gostei da localização, muito embora fosse próximo ao local do nosso evento -Universidade Católica. difícil acesso ao metrô e limpeza do quarto.

Es la tercera vez que voy a este hotel y estoy encantado. El tratamiento por parte del personal es fabuloso, ahora tienen wifi en las habitaciones y en las áreas comunes gratis, el desayuno fabuloso, habitaciones amplias, limpieza... El colchón un pelín duro, la televisión había que desenchufarla de vez en cuando para que funcionara, la bañera y el WC se notan ya muy viejos por el uso. Además, la cercanía del aeropuerto puede ser molesta, aunque el hotel está perfectamente insonorizado.

Extremt trevlig personal!!! Fantastiskt pris för det man får. För oss var även läget bra för vi var för att min mamma låg på Santa Maria Hospital som ligger alldeles nära Avståndet in till stan, ingen pool.
