Met name het vriendelijke personeel die altijd voor je klaar staan. De kamer was niet bijzonder, maar wel OK en schoon. |

Groot, mooi ingericht hotel. Bereikbaarheid is goed. Personeel is vriendelijk en servicegericht. Ontbijtbuffet verdient meer variatie. |

interconnectie op de kamer is aanwezig maar slecht geregeld. Via je telefoon kan je een interconnectie krijgen, wat betekend dat je op je bed moet internetten. Verder zijn de mogelijkheden om aan een bureau te werken erg beperkt door de kleine afmeting.Wel een prima hotel verder. |

Comfortable, all of the staff that I encountered spoke good English, and a good spread of food available for breakfast Location - I was led to believe it was in the city centre, but it was a 15/20 minute walk to the nearest Metro station, and about 2 miles from the centre |

The staff was very gracious and helpful. Even the bellboy went out of his way to help us with car trouble. The welcome basket included in the business package seemed superfluous beforehand on paper, but it was quite welcome when it arrived. And housekeeping made sure it arrived at an appropriate time. Breakfast buffet included in the business package was quite good. Overall, a happy experience and a good value. I wish it were a little closer to a metro stop. It was a 10 minute walk. |

Good quality business class hotel I specifically booked large bed and this was not available upon our arrival, they offered only two smaller beds in the room. Were trying to recompense to us with wi-fi internet voucher for 10 Euros but it did not work. |

helpful staff, professional and friendly. Good location if you need to get to the University busy road outside the hotel, although with closed windows it is not a problem. The next underground station is about 10.15 min to walk. |

Service was excellent.The hotel was within walking distance of my conference in the University and near a metro station. Meals in the restaurant were good and reasonably priced. Again service was excellent and there was a friendly atmosphere. No, not really, but another time I would ask for a quiet room not on the motorway side. When I asked for one I was immediately transferred to one for the rest of my stay. |

Nice hotel. The location isn't great for visiting the old town but guests can get a taxi for about 6-8 Euros to go to the interesting parts of Lisbon. The internet connection in our room was quite disappointing (breaking down frequently), especially as the hotel charges 10 Euros a day for it. Poor internet connection in the rooms. Location is not ideal for tourists. |

Comfortable, very clean, good staff, good breakfast, good price. What more could you ask? Ideally situated if you have business at the us Embassy, 5 minute walk away. I would definitely stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. |

The choice of breakfast Internet not working, safe box stuck and took the hotel staff 30 minutes to come to the room to repair it. The staff is not friendly and not very helpfull. Paying for car park when you are staying in the hotel is also crazy. |

Simple, clean styling - everything worked. Staff service was carried out with a smile and most importantly thye knew what they were doing. It was short but very enjoyable. I would stay again, though I would be interested to know if all SANA hotels were as good. |

The staff was very helpful. When I arrived I bought a package including upgrade and room services / deliveries. I was misinformed twice, first at the frontdesk and second by phone. I couldn't fully enjoy as I expected. I spoke to the Director which was helpful. The service was great from all the employees except for the misinformation. |

From the busboy that met us at the entrance to the waiter in the restaurant everyone was cheerful and helpful.It is a nice to stay for any layover in Lisbon or for exploring the city. |
