This is a really lovely hotel, stunning views from the balcony, fantastic suite, helpful & friendly staff, couldn't fault it in anyway, wish we could have stayed there longer. |

The View: The hotel sits on the edge at the top of a gorge over looking two rivers and a waterfall. My double room did not mean a double bed it was 2 twins pushed together. Your must get to breakfast early or it is cold and gone. They did not refill - once the food that was laid out to start was gone - it was gone. The rooms are not sound proof and for the price they should be. I would ask for top floor if I ever went back. |

Buena situacion en la ciudad y en la zona para visitar las ciudades vecinas. Personal agradable, limpieza y habitaciones comodas y bien equipadas. Dispone de parking propio y buenas vistas al rio Corgo. |

Da simpatia no atendimento. No quarto havia minibar mas não havia chave para o abrir! Comuniquei à recepção e os funcionários ficaram espantados! Tive que pedir que me levassem uma água ao quarto!! |

Atendimento, limpeza e iluminação. Penso que tive azar relativamente ao andar no qual fiquei (no caso o 2.º) já que havia muita malta nova e faziam muito barulho... penso que o isolamento sonoro não é o melhor! |

Bom quarto, limpo, pessoal atencioso, central, boas vistas. Quarto longe do elevador, o que é de grande vantagem. No bar do hotel há um bom receptor de TV e espaço para fumadores. Garagem subterrânea com 3 pisos acessível por elevador. A noite de 16/17 de Outubro estava bastante fria e não havia aquecimento no quarto. Só havia ventilação, mas esta não funcionava no quarto de banho... As cadeiras da sala do pequeno almoço são demasiado baixas, pouco funcionais. |

La ubicación Me dieron la habitacion 517 de estupendas vistas y al lado del ascensor. Se oia el ruido de la maquinaria cada vez que alguien llamaba al ascensor. Pedimos cambio y nos lo concedieron. El desayuno no tiene el nivel de un hotel de 3*. No l impian las mesas, el zumo es de bote, y los kiwis estaban como piedras!! |
