Very friendly and helpful staff, they even gave us possibility to chose from two rooms (with and without view), very good room service, clean and spacious room. Central location, our room was overlooking the park and very quiet street. Metro station is just around the corner. Somewhat unpleasant smell in the corridors. |

Central, close to metro station, god breakfast, quiet area, fairly cheep, god service. Soon time for a redecoration? Interior looks a bit 70's. |

I had a wonderful experience at Miraparque. The room was not luxurious but very confortable and had the required amenities. The location was perfect: located 15 minutes from the center by foot and a block away from Marques de Pombal where you can catch a metro, bus or all the sight-seeing buses. The staff is incredibly friendly and the main day concierge went out of his way to be helpful! If I had to comment on one thing, it would be that there was only one elevator. |

The staff were very helpful, The hotel's location is excellent, on a quiet street with a metro station just around the corner with excellent public transportation links, the airport bus also stops very close by. It is also within walking distance of the Baixa. The El Corte Ingles supermarket and food court is also within walking disstance. |

it's near a woody park for fresh air, and the buffet breakfast is ok Hotel staff didn't vacuum the floor carpet in my room even when I requested it from the old man working at the reception. He said he'd tell the cleaning women, but when I returned in the evening, the carpets were still not cleaned. I was there 4 days and not one day was the floor vacuumed. The rest of the room, however, were cleaned, especially the bathroom. |

Location was very good. It was central, 100 meters from the metro. And the hotel was in a very quiet street next to a big park. Staff, especially one person, was extreamly helpful with everything. The beds were extreamly hard, just like stone, also the pillows. The breakfast was horrible. The hotel was very old fashion style. |

The Location of the hotel was excellent, 15 min walk into the centre of Lisbon or a 2 min walk to the metro. Our room was lovely, nice size, view over the park from the windows and the bathroom was a good size. Breakfast was really good too. not really, the staf on reception could have been a bit more helpful, not as friendly as thought they would be. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent with views of the park. The nearby Colina restaurant that was recommended by the hotel was very good too - traditional food and great service. We would definitely stay at the Miraparque again. |
