Erinomaisella paikalla sijaitseva hotelli, rauhallisen kadun varrella, kuitenkin hyvät kulkuyhteydet kaikkialle kaupunkiin.. Miellyttävä ja avulias henkilökunta respassa. Huonesiivoojamme oli paitsi hyvä työssään myös kohtelias ja hymyilevä.

Huoneiden vanhat kokolattiamatot eivät ole mukavia, mitä kaikkea niihin onkaan vuosien varrella lorahtanut! Aamiaista voisi myöskin vaihdella, se on runsas, mutta aina sama. Vihannekset puuttuvat täysin.

Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen ja auttavainen; näin ei välttämättä ole aina Portugalissa.

Huoneet vanhanaikaisesti sisustettuja. Televisiokanavavalinta suppea. Ilmastointia ei voinut säätää mitenkään eli se joko täysillä päällä tai ei ollenkaan ja se oli suunnattu suoraan sängyn kohdalle. Kesäaikana tämä aiheuttaa sen, että yöllä ikkuna pidettävä auki, jos haluaa raitista ilmaa, mutta samalla kadun äänet kuuluvat erittäin selvästi.

The hotel staff were rude. When I was trying to pay, may 3 cards (2 VISA and one Mastercard) did not work and he insinuated that it was my problem and kept saying that was my card, putting me in a unconfortable position. But it wasn't since I could withdraw money in the nearest ATM at the same time. Very bad staff.

Staff were excellent. Room was quiet.

It was very central, clean the staff understood english. The breakfast had a very good menu. For a three star hotel it met my expections.

Situated in central yet quiet position within easy reach (walking distance for me) of main-line rail stations, the Metro and El Corte Inglés department store. Breakfast was not extensive but everything was fresh and the coffee good. I considered it good value and would stay there again

It is a bit dreary due the the lack of natural light but I think this could be improved especially in the dinning room.

It was great value for the price. The location was convenient, The airport bus and other buses were only about a 5 minute walk away. The underground was even closer. The breakfast buffet had hot and cold items as well as fresh fruit and nutritious cereal.

All of the above. Helpful friendly staff. Quiet environment.

Disappointing breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they even gave us possibility to chose from two rooms (with and without view), very good room service, clean and spacious room. Central location, our room was overlooking the park and very quiet street. Metro station is just around the corner.

Somewhat unpleasant smell in the corridors.
