This is a fine hotel at a very good price. Extremely comfortable, large rooms. Excellent location. The TV set is too small for the size of the room. Air conditioning in the hallways was not good enough. |

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent, overlooking the "Ria de Aveiro". It is also very near "Praça do Peixe" where most restaurants and bars of Aveiro are concentrated (and therefore its nightlife). Yet, after returning to the hotel there is no sign of confusion or noise. |

very comfortable hotel, very nice classical design. the hotel is full of artworks which have been arranged with a good taste. the staff was very helpful regarding the car parking (there is not enough hotel parking but the offered to park the car for us and even pay in a street parking). you can get champagne at breakfast! |

Les fenêtres sont doubles vitrages qui permet de filtrer le bruit de la rue. Il est propre, le personnel est attentif et gentil, de plus l'hotel est proche du centre, des restos et des cafés. Pendnat les 3 derniers soirs il y avait des concerts, des événements festifs, il y avait de bruit c'était difficile de dormir avant minuit et demie, mais je crois que c'était l'animation pour le début des vacances. |

Simpatia e disponibilidade dos colaboradores, Instalações / decoração e higiene , tornam a estadia muito reconfortante e recomendável. Achamos interessante o ritual do chá e biscoitos ofercidos ao final da tarde. É sempre bom sermos surpreendidos pela positiva! Apenas como nota: Rever com os técnicos adequados, as caixas de ventilação/ar que cobrem a área dos quartos. Mesmo com o ar condicionado desligado, permanece continuo o barulho da caixa de ar, tornando-se + incomodativos se por ventura acordarmos a meio da noite. |

Simpatia dos empregados, o conforto e dimensão dos quartos, os fins de dia com música de piano no bar/ recepção, o silêncio em todo o hotel, apenas para mencionar alguns. Valerá a pena voltar. O incómodo de ter que ligar para a recepção quando queria "activar" o ar condicionado do quarto, a variedade de iogurtes ao pequeno almoço era reduzida (sobretudo para a criança) mas a quantidade era suficiente e constantemente reposta. |
