Hotel Moliceiro  

We were given an upgade to a superior room and found it to be almost like a sultan's harem - everything gorgeous and opulent and all furnished to theme. The staff were absolutely excellent, especially Diana at the front desk to whom nothing was a trouble to her. A nice touch was the afternoon tea delivered to the room every day. The breakfast was also very good with a lot of selection. Totally recommend this hotel.

I don't like hangers that are positioned too high and can't be removed to put your clothes on. I also didn't find it very conveient as there were no flat spaces or drawers to put things in. But the biggest problem was the lack of lighting in the room and at times I needed to sit on the toilet in the bathroom to read. However, they did bring me a bedside lamp.

Fantastic hotel the rooms were lovely and to a very high standard of comfort. Staff were very helpful and recommended the best places to eat etc.

Hotel staffs were very kind and friendly. Internet service was also excellent. Thanks for your great service.

Pariking space was a bit difficult to park.

Warm and excellent staff, as a seasoned traveller I would put this hotel as the best value for money I've experienced with wonderful location, delightful room overlooking the canal and personal advice and help from all staff in professional and thoughtful way. A gem.

Very nice room, nice staff, good location.

My newly wed husband and I stayed only one night in this hotel as part of our 3 week road trip honeymoon in Portugal, and we wished we'd stayed longer! We can honestly say this is the best of all the hotels we stayed at: the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and they put us in their magical 'Morrocan' theme room (which was a lovely surprise!). The hotel itself is simply beautiful and has the best location in town - being right next to the river overlooking all the boats, very romantic! The hotel restaurant/bar are also strongly recommended.

The beautiful room adjoining the bar where you can have a cocktail or nightcap. It is a lovely space.

We can not fault the hotel staff, who went out of their way to ensure our stay was great (paying parking fines, organising private cars). The hotel is in an ideal location, overlooking the main canal in Aveiro with the main square (restaurants/bars) two blocks behind. Overall, the standard at the hotel is excellent.

Alot of noise at night which made sleeping difficult. Perhaps from bars in the street?

Have good design, but the bed ,pillows, sheets....are not good quality.and comfortable.and towels have strange smell....
